I love how the pizzas are very affordable and cheap but at least cut the pizza all the way and before you give it to me make sure the pizza has cheese on it and not sliding off. I learned my lesson now…. Went back two weeks later got home and was supposed to have a cheese and then a pepperoni pizza they gave us both cheese, so drove back up there they took the 2nd cheese pizza “not sure what they’re gonna do with it” and gave me a pepperoni… come on little ceasars! Do better please

Ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheese bread.

One pizza, Supreme, was not supposed to have any mushrooms or onions. We added black olives.

Got home the pizza had mushrooms, onions and zero black olives.

Called to see if we could just get a credit and was told by the “manager” that I had to bring the pizza back tonight or tomorrow to get it remade.

Told him that we lived 15 minutes away. Said that it was store policy and that there was nothing he could do without proof.

Spent over $30. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Well, I ordered hot and ready. It was neither. Waited 15 mins after ordering for this. What a shame. I deserve at least a replacement.

Absolutely absurd…. Terrible service, Terrible customer service, Terrible pizza. We have been getting pizza’s from this location for a couple years but won’t be getting anymore. When we got home the pizza and cheesey bread were completely dough… the surface on the bottom was cooked only superficially. I don’t know what the deal was…..wrong settings on the oven. When we call the store they tell us to bring it back in. We live in rural Mercer county…..I don’t live in town, I can’t just run over there easily. I guess they won’t stand behind the sign on the door. Won’t be back.

I wish that when I asked for a “Hot and Ready” pizza, it was actually ready instead of always having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be ready. But hey, it was hot at least.
Also, training tip to the people working in the back, instead of barely gliding the pizza cutter across the pizza, if you actually push down on the pizza cutter, it’ll cut it into slices.
