Good restaurant in the Christiana Mall complex to dine while shopping. Not necessarily worth a special dining visit if not shopping. Food is very good. Service was pathetically slow and it wasn’t crowded. Slow, unaware and not attentive in the least. But the food was worth the wait etc. The atmosphere is pleasant for a restaurant in a department store. More upscale than tacky but it’s Nordstrom’s.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with shoestring fries. I would get it again as I would the burger.
Chef Derick is precise in the kitchen carefully preparing the guests meals and salads, etc.
Also Robyn is an excellent and friendly server and prompt with the drink refills.

Best food in the mall (including the stand alone restaurants). Amazing quality, every staff member is professional and polite. The crab bisque was enough to make me return again and again… not to mention the fries are 1000/10. I love sitting at the bar and watching the chefs prepare the food.

It’s really good. The portobello mushroom ravioli is delicious. I also tried a burger there and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Definitely prefer this over the food court in the mall.

Every time someone asks me for a restaurant recommendation at Christiana Mall I always mention Nordstrom and somehow it still always comes as a surprise. I’ve loved every visit here, and the absolute best is sitting at the “bar” that overlooks the kitchen and getting to watch the chefs cook. They’re all so efficient, calm, talented, and I honestly just have such a great time watching them that I’m generally a poor date when I’m there!
The food is also fantastic, super fresh, tasty, with some really fantastic appetizers. The sandwiches are also some of the best constructed sandwiches I’ve ever had, which sounds weird to think about, but once you’ve had one you’ll see what I mean.

It’s hard to find a decent place to eat at around the mall so we had really low expectations when we went in but were very satisfied and would definitely come back again if we’re in the area and want to sit down for a meal. We got a cup of crab bisque, burrata and French dip, everything tasted great. Our server treated us with a lemon ricotta cookie which was amazing (we ended up buying some at the cafe downstairs on our way out). Thank you!
