My colleagues and I came for a conference and went to this location yesterday and today. The staff at this location was extremely friendly, efficient and even with a relatively long order today, they kept their smiles and were laughing and joking with us the entire time. The food and coffee were top notch! I would hands down come to this location any time I’m in the area. Thank you so very much for the experience.

I normally don’t have any issues here, I place my mobile pick up so it’ll be ready by the time I get to the store (about 10 mins), which it normally is sitting on the shelf waiting on me. Today was different , even though I was greeted by the two employees by the door, I walk over to the mobile pick up shelf and there was no orders there. No one cared to ask if I needed help or if I had a mobile pick up. I stood there for about 8 minutes, meanwhile the manager (I’m guessing) had her screaming child in the lobby, running back and forth and yelling at the child. I understand not having a baby sitter, and it honestly wouldn’t have bothered me as much if she’d been a little bit more welcoming. She was barking orders at the staff, telling them she needed someone out to sweep the floors. Meanwhile, she’s running back and forth yelling at her child. Finally after a couple more minutes , a very nice lady asked me if I needed help, and I told her I had a mobile pickup , which she handed to me IMMEDIATELY. It had been sitting in the counter for god knows how long. She apologized for the wait. As I was walking out the door, I overheard the manager make a nasty comment about me. Stating that she had called my name a million times, that I can be mad if I want to, and said oh well. How can you call my name a million times if it’s a mobile pickup order and I’m not in the store as of yet? Get a better attitude or work somewhere else. It’s not the customers fault that you’re miserable. Everyone else seemed nice, despite not asking me if I needed anything. Do better. Never time I’ll just go to the Lynn haven location. It’s a little further from my house, but at least I never have any issues here.

I was in the area for a conference. This location, by far, exceeded my experience with my local Dunkin locations! Fresh pastries, staff were SO speedy to get our orders accurately. Absolutely well done. Whatever training they received, I hope they reproduce it to my local. WELL. DONE.

10/5 stars. This is quite possibly the best and friendliest Dunkin i’ve been in. Working downtown, it is the perfect distance to get some steps in and still be close enough to go there and back within 15 minutes. Employees are always super friendly and ON IT with what the orders are.
I always mobile order and one time they didn’t have a donut available that i ordered and they apologized profusely and asked which one i could do instead. They were seemingly super grateful that i wasn’t bothered and accepted whatever they had as i guess some other people would have freaked out. Which, i understand you want what you want but there’s literally nothing anyone can do about it. I just want a donut

Did I leave a “ball” of yarn and a half made hat on the counter yesterday morning?
I had something personal in my hand and I think I left it behind when I grabbed my order and left. It would be pink and brown and a blue wooden crochet hook would be stuck inside the yarn ball.
