Be careful when coming to this restaurant. I found a bug in my beans. The manager was extremely rude. She was an older lady with glasses. She refused to give me a return on my order. Rather than acknowledging the issue, she “educated me” on the type of bug it was. Stating he bug couldn’t have been on the beans because it wasn’t toasted. That is not an acceptable excuse.
She refused to give me a refund, so I asked to speak to the owner. She stated he was currently unavailable. Keep in mind a few minutes earlier she stated she needed to call him to able to give me a refund. The manager refused to call the owner so I was only able to get a partial refund.
Horrible customer service. They are unable to take accountability when the proof is there.
They just lost a loyal customer. Due to their horrible customer service and poor hygiene.

The first couple of times the service was very good but when they made a mistake on my order they blamed me. The server immediately got upset when I pointed out the mistake and called who I assume was the manager on me. This was not only embarrassing but very humiliating. I hate mayonnaise, why would I order it on my hotdogs. Never will I return to this place.

Went to have lunch asked for a baked potatoe while waiting the lady in the back preparing it sticked her finger in it, licked it continued fixing it and continued putting her finger in it then in her mouth did it atleast 4 times. They got another order and did exactly the same with someones elses order. Called and asked for the manager it ends up she was the manager in charged. Told her the story and she knew it was her, her resolution was for me to go back to “fix” things. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
