I highly recommend this restaurant. Very strong menu. Very good specials. The crab cakes are delicious and the steaks are too. Very good selection of sides. The macaroni and cheese is hard to beat and the coleslaw is excellent. The service is extremely good they make sure that drinks Stay full and that you’re taken care of. You don’t get lost here. They do take out as well.
Clean restrooms, large parking lot out back, plenty of off-street parking most days. The owner is a true gentleman. Anyone who doesn’t agree with that is just playing mean-spirited.

Great family diner. The taste is great and fresh. It gets very busy so you have to be patient. Overall it’s recommended.

I enjoyed the look of the place a lot. It really has that home town dinner feel to it, with cakes out an everything. But the food leaves a lot to be desired. My date and i got different things and we both couldn’t finish our meals. Maybe we just got bad things from the menu.

Awesome I was down visiting daughter and grandkids ,and we got out of church and it was 12:40, I didn’t no they close at 1 on Sunday, They took all 5 of us in and served us kindly ,and we were eating “(( lol breakfast is what I wanted ))”at 1:05 and out of there by 1: 20 thank you ,cant wait to come back next time for the shrimp salad !!!

Went in for breakfast Sunday morning and sat at the bar even though I didn’t have to. It was a great throwback type of diner with an amazingly friendly wait staff. Everyone was helpful and very courteous.
I had the French toast that my server recommended. She also recommended the cinnamon sugar topping that turned out to be phenomenal. I ended up getting the #6 special which included a coffee and a side of breakfast meat. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted great.
Great experience and food. I highly recommend this place for breakfast. I guess the breakfast sandwiches are great as well but I went with the French toast. I’m planning on taking my kids next time. They’ll love the vibe and the food!!!

The service was great! Nice and friendly all the way. Went with a small group and ordered the country fried chicken. It was delicious nothing to complain about because the flavor was there and the potatoes were also great. The rest of the family got pancakes the silver dollar pancakes are huge compared to some places, and that will have us coming back for more.

Breakfast orange juice is overpriced but that’s true everywhere including grocery store. All other breakfast items are very reasonably priced, excellent quality and generous portions. Blueberry pancakes are fantastic as are the milkshakes! Victoria is a superb waitress. Friendly staff and really nice patrons. Close at 1pm on Sunday so be aware of that.

Loved the food, service, and atmosphere! We were specifically looking for a quiet breakfast spot with that old school “homey” vibe, and this place was perfect. Steak and eggs was as good as grandma’s, and the prices are super affordable. Will definitely come back!
