Everything was great! I ordered my drink from the app while in my car in the parking lot, and the drink was ready in under a minute after I walked into the store. The person working there (I wish I knew her name – it was around 3:30 pm on Dec. 23) was super friendly and wished me Happy Holidays. The drink (Ho Ho Mint Mocha, my favorite) was absolutely delicious, as well as being nice and hot. I had an hour-long drive back to St. Paul and it was nice to have a delicious drink to enjoy on my commute.

Only two people working during a morning rush and one was training and both people moved very slowly and line was almost out the door. They needed a third person to keep up with orders. I spent almost 20$ for two drinks I would like them made quickly and efficiently.

The lumberjack sandwich sauce is of another world. The sausage egg and cheese was delicious. The biscuit was perfect balance of dry and moist. My partner is particular about his coffee and he really liked the cold press. Perfectly sweetened.

Came here before church to get a coffee and it took 30 minutes to get the drinks. They stopped making coffee because some lady had left her phone and 15 minutes were spent looking for this phone and no drinks being made. Service is always bad here consistently. You would think this could change but hasn’t in years!!!! Better off going to Starbucks up the street, thay care about their customers!!

In a major college town, and the stores closing at 6pm like we live in the sticks! They have always been open u til 8 . The excuse is no employees. Theres people who want jobs in town so thats just an excuse ! No wonder everyone’s been going to Faribault !

No sticky cup makes up for lack of drive thru. You have to use your body and physically walk into this location, worth it. Friendly employees and cozy places to sit. Plenty of parking outside and a few outdoor tables to sit at. My drink was well made even though it wasn’t the quickest. I appreciate the effort that was put into making it.

Went in for a couple of drinks and there was one person in front of me and 15 mins later I left. Slowest service ever. The person making our drinks in the middle of making them decided to change the garbage instead of making our drinks. Not sure if I would ever go back here.
