Tasty variety, small enough portions that my wife and I can get our favorites and a few “shareing” plates too. Tried the seasonal pumpkin bao, and we both recommed them, a fairly light* take on pumpkin pie (*okay, its a carbohydrate fest, so plan accordingly).

This was my first time at a dough zone and it was pretty good. The servers were very kind and helpful. The cucumber salad was super tasty with the sweet/tangy/spicy sauce and the presentation was very appealing. The fried bao buns were my favorite. There was a lot of flavor and the crunch on the bottom was a nice texture. The soup dumplings were good and so were the shrimp and zucchini, however there wasn’t much flavor in either. They were much better when dipped in the ginger, soy and chili sauce. Overall, I felt like it was a pretty good value for the price

Rly yummy food and great employees, messed up our order and corrected it quickly and with humility. Their jasmine tea was great too!! Stayed an hour after finishing our food because it’s so much tea. We’re actually still here and fear we may never leave as the tea doesn’t end. I lost count to how many cups my partner and I drank and we thought it was funny after the first dozen but it keeps feeling both our cups to the brim. Not sure if they are refilling the pot through a tube under the table. The tea was only $5.50 and we thought it was a great deal. As our reality sets in that we’re stuck in this limbo we appreciate the light upbeat jazz to keep our spirits up. Great atmosphere

The dumplings are tasty. However, I question the freshness of these items. I think the dumplings are delivered to the restaurant frozen and Dough Zone steams or pan frys them and serves them. Same with noodles and soups. I think their stir fried noodles are super greasy. Now their broccoli and cucumber vegetable dishes are fresh and I thought those dishes to be tasty.The staff gets us seated promptly, the food arrives fast, the cleanliness is fair. The floor is greasy and often the tables and chairs have food particles on them. The price is fair for the small portion. Try these other places and compare: Yang’s Dumpling House in Kirkland, and Baron’s in Lincoln Square (serves dim sums, pricey but worth it).

We LOVE Dough Zone! We eat here so much they recognize us. Everyone I’ve brought here loves it as well. Its like introducing people to a hidden gem. My son is super picky and he now eats the whole plate of sweet and sour cucumbers to himself. The soup dumplings are a big hit as well. I have loved everything I’ve tried and the staff is great about recommendations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 10 out of 10!!!

Edit: First time eating in. Super nice staff. Fill out the card to place your order. The hostess spent time with me figuring out what was the right dish. She was super helpful. Sun was glaring at me, made my head hurt. They moved us to another table with the same problem. The food was pretty good! Not too spicy. I was still eating when they brought the bill. I guess they wanted me to leave! Restaurant wasn’t busy Sunday at 3pm. Ugly soda cans stacked up in the middle of the restaurant to show the drink choices. We go out to eat specifically to have time with each other. We can try it again for the good food and lovely staff and see if we feel rushed out.

Overall was good. We have ordered 3 orders of soup dumplings. One of them got a little different presentation. All dumplings got stuck to each other. They got broken when taking them apart. All the soup was gone. I’m not sure why that order had different presentation. I think this is not acceptable. Hope the kitchen staffs will not make the same mistake again. Very disappointed.

We ordered ma la noodles and it was bad, it was recommended by many people and unfortunately it was not up to the mark. It was over loaded with vineger and mouth went bad after eating that. Also ordered vegetarian potsticks pan fried they were okay n just like anywhere else
