Hi would rate them 10 stars out of 5! Such amazing service!! And not just one person, everyone. Felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. Met the manager Stephen. Super nice and friendly too. They took extra care to change their gloves and clean the knives to not cross contaminate with any animal proteins. Amazing!! Thank you! The sandwiches tasted great too.

This service was just excellent. The team members and manager made this experience one to remember. With a busy line, the workers went above and beyond to ensure each customer were taken care of in a timely manner. The food was just perfect and had such great taste. The subs are generously portioned, featuring freshly sliced meats and a variety of toppings. My favorites are the Hook & Ladder and the meatball sub. The signature steamed cooking method makes the meat excellent and different. The service was okay at this location. Definitely nothing to complain about. It was clean and seating was open when we went today but at other times, you can’t find seating because it’s so busy. There is also outdoor seating which can be enjoyable at times when it isn’t so hot outside.

Love the French Dip at Firehouse Subs—it’s always a winner! Tender roast beef, melted provolone, and that rich au jus for dipping make it absolutely delicious as usual. Perfectly toasted roll, great flavors every time.
Only downside was using the app to order: it glitched a couple times and took forever to process my customizations. A bit frustrating, but the sandwich was worth the hassle. Will definitely be back!

Food was barely ok…. Soup was great, grilled cheese for my son was burnt to hell… service was just ok, had to ask for our table to be cleaned… atmosphere was pretty stale… kinda sad after visiting Florida for family… I’d expect much better.

Second time visited store since I moved to the area and first one was great Ashena was very nice and kind , very helpful. And for any internet troll out there. I haven’t been in over a year. I saw I had rewards. It was “free”. Yes my hands are clean but my fingernails are dirty. I didn’t care enough to take another photo. I’ve been working in the garden for days and just left the garden center at lowes and wanted something to eat before I fell over.
