Hijole Taqueria FoodTruck is hands down one of the best taco spots I’ve had in a long time. These are true, traditional tacos packed with amazing flavor in every bite. The first day I stopped by, I ordered the chicken tacos and instantly fell in love they were so good I had to come back again today for more.
This time I tried the birria tacos, the beef tacos, and of course the chicken tacos again and every single one was incredible. Honestly, I can’t get enough of this place. Their horchata is also absolutely delicious and pairs perfectly with the food.
Vanessa, who works there is super attentive and genuinely nice. I loved her recommendations and her friendly service made the experience even better. I’m already planning my next visit to try the torta, burrito, and some guacamole too.
They also open earlier than the other food trucks (at 12pm) which is a big plus. At this point I don’t even feel like trying other taco trucks nearby this one sets the bar. Definitely give them a try and leave them a review Vanessa truly deserves it.
