Slow service like an hour and a half said they would make it right and didn’t. My family won’t be returning. Food was cold and not all there had to wait another 10 minutes for a Mac and cheese they forgot in our bag. Manager was loud and rude and mean. She called me the next day and said she would send us a coupon to try again and that never happened either. This place won’t make it with staff like that

Not happy with the experience I had tonight at the local KFC location in Hillsdale. Mobile ordered ahead, for pickup at 9pm. Arrived at the store. Line for drive through had 4 cars in front of me. From getting in line to getting to the window was over 30 minutes. Staff was friendly which was nice, but I was handed the wrong order through the window. When I realized this, they gave me my order. They forgot half of my wife’s meal though – forgot her drink, mashed potatoes, and dipping sauce for the nuggets. Basically $4 worth of sides and drink was completely forgotten, and what was there was cold. I could forgive the wait time if my order was at least correct. I found this unacceptable and hope something can be done about this experience.

My review I put on here is gone my complaint was the parking places for the handicap I had to get out of my truck and ask people that was in the drive thru line to let me out. I am disabled and it was very hard to get out and go to other peoples cars to ask if I could leave! And then the food was horrible we got diarrhea after going there that never happened in Coldwater. I feel like I payed KFC to make our night a night from hell.

Order was disappointingly all wrong and no effort. Instead of sauced tenders and a sauced chicken sandwich, im just givin sauce cups.. chicken crumbs in my slaw side and ice cold pie bites along with no napkins. Great job crew surely
