I love Cracker Barrel and everything was great at this location. However, while we have learned that they corpirate will keep the old CB logo, this store had the ‘new’ sign on the silverware sleeves and on the new menus. The menus were so unlike the old ones we were all so comfortable with and it took me forever to figure out what was what. This whole thing with the ‘rebranding’ is disgusting and will be difficult to get over.

Our first time at Cracker Barrel and it did not disappoint. The girls had the burger and it was very good. We tried the baked French toast that was delicious. Good service and the store area is pretty fun to browse before and after eating. Tons of old time (60’s & 70’s) snacks, candy and soda brands.

Came in on a Sunday night and waited probably 5-7 minutes before someone came to the hostess counter. After being seated, it took probably another 10 minutes before someone came and took my order. The young lady who waited on me was friendly. It took approximately 14 minutes to bring my drink out after placing my order. My appetizer was not even Luke warm. I got the loaded French fries, and the cheese on them were still cold . It was like they had some old fries and slapped some cheese from the fridge and brought them out. I got the fried fish, and that did come out hot. While I was eating, I noticed a lady going around to every table, asking how everything was. I kinda offended she didn’t come to my table and ask me how my meal/experience was. I’m not sure if she didn’t come to my table because I’m an Asian-American and she might have thought I could speak English. ♂️ When I went to pay the bill, there was nobody at the front and had to wait another 5 minutes. This was the worst Cracker barrel restaurant I have ever visited. They need Brad’s wife to come back she would get this location back in order.

Wish I’d take a photo of the salad they brought me. I love cracker barrel salads, but this was lettuce, with chicken on top. Said they were out of cucumbers. Well, were everything else had a couple of the tiniest cherry tomatoes I’ve even seen. Also, if you’re out of something, you probably should tell someone expecting it when they order. Sent it back got fried chicken, and the best thing was green beans, and some of them were burnt. Chicken was dried out like it was sitting way too long, i wasn’t gonna complain again or wait again, but i will not be back to this location.

The food was room temperature, our waitress didn’t remember drinks and brought them 2 mins before food. All the food is pre-made then heated. There food is not what it used to be, probably will not be back. Gift shop is the best part.

The manager and team were giving excellent customer service, however my pickup order was 45 min late, they refunded part of my order and when I got home there was a casserole missing and 2 peach cobbler instead of one and the peach cobblers did not have anything but the peaches! No crust no top nothing just 2 trays of peaches and missing casserole the sweet potato casserole was for a holiday gathering so we had to go without as I was already late getting it there.

Great experience. Large portions of food. Needed a takeout box. All employees were super friendly. Server made sure we had everything needed and checked on us throughout our meal. Atmosphere was amazing. Hope it never changes.

The menu was changed, less options. Not much for gluten friendly. I was up charged for plain hash browns eventhough hash brown casserole hash cheese and other more expensive items. Plus I didn’t take any biscuits or gravy because of my allergy. Come on Cracker B, you gotta do better than that.. You just lost a customer for $1 when I gave you more in food cost credit..

First off the staff was so rude. We sat down at our table and our silverware was dirty we asked for a second pair and it was also dirty. Our waitress said if I was you I would use plastic. Then our food was wrong so we asked for a slice of cheese for our sandwich (which we ordered in the beginning) it took 10 minutes. The apples had weird chunks in it, and the burger wasn’t cooked all the way, and the whole hour we were there our drinks weren’t refilled. We then proceeded to watch our waitress refill other tables. When we went to leave we stopped by the host stand to let them know about the silverware and she brushed us off. When we checked out I got two glass bottle drinks and when I asked for a bag the cashier sighed and slammed my stuff into the bag. 0/10 would not recommend until they have an attitude check.
