Ok so I was so hungry and everything looked so good, I forgot to take pictures before we dug in. Sue me!

We occasionally do pizza crawls but today was my birthday so we decided on pizza because why not. We live in Central Orange county so this was a little bit of a drive, about 35 minutes. Well worth the time, I’d say. We ordered a whole pizza, half Speziata, half meatball. The Speziata was my favorite. The balance with the ricotta, pancetta and calabrian chili honey was spectacular! The meatball was delicious, 100%. But I would consider that a more regular type pizza with exceptional crust and sauce. Now, the loaded garlic knots!!!! OMG! I am so glad we don’t live closer. I would be in some trouble. We also had the buffalo wings and would easily come back for those as well. My friend asked if I would make the drive again and I said I would. It’s surely not a long drive but there are sooooo many places in Orange county to get pizza, it’s hard to make that call. It absolutely makes my list of go to pizza places! And it’s a short list.

Great atmosphere and great customer service. Has a family run feel to it, good old fashioned sodas in glass bottles.

Now the pizza, fresh ingredients you can taste, pepperoni is crisp and fresh as well. Sauce is fresh but could use a little more salt and garlic bite for me. The deduction is for the undercarriage. Needs a more of an undercarriage in order to be considered a higher quality NY slice. Little to no crisp. Would love to come back and try again. Hoping they adjust these two things and would be very hard to beat.

The atmosphere is so good reminds me of the old school neighborhood spot so I can see why people would come here regularly if you live local.

Garlic knots are awesome, fresh butter and minced garlic blend is on point.

Absolutely love this pizza spot. The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. I’ve ordered from here twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza and great service.

Best pizza in the area hands down. The Sicilian is delicious, but there regular Brooklyn style pies are also to die for. You can customize toppings if you order through their website. Cheese cake, delicious; Coffee cake, to die for. Best to order well in advance! The house made bottled sodas are also very tasty. Don’t sleep on the Ranch.

I recently visited this pizza place and was impressed! The pizza, especially the cheese with ricotta and spicy pepperoni, was delicious. The pricing is reasonable, and their lunch specials offer great value. The service was friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this spot for tasty pizza!

Excellent pizza, best in town, we just need to ramp up crispness, there should be no flop, otherwise all the ingredients fall off, perhaps you can pre-bake the dough a bit first if that helps not sure.

When i ask for well done, it needs to not be floppy. It should not taste better and only be crispy when i air fry the pizza the next day. Well done means crispy, not burned, but crispy, please improve! I’ll be back to test, i’ll change to a 5 if you improve.

Absolutely loved the pizza here. After finally stopping by I finally understand the hype. The pizza here is top level and possibly the best in OC. The pesto artichoke was a surprising hit, though the Sicilian was my favorite. You can get them by the slice or whole pies which was very convenient. Portions are very generous. Staff was great and helpful too.

So everyone is raving about this place, I will say the customer service is exceptional, the employees are working hard to keep everyone happy, the place is clean and there is heavy traffic in and out on a Sat night. Salad was fresh and crisp and full of fabulous yummies. Now for the pizza, our take out was undercooked, easily remedied with a quick pop in the oven at 500° but unfortunate. The flavor is good but was not quite the authentic NY I was hoping for, just cant duplicate that NY state of mind I guess. Ill give them another try with the sicilian and see how it goes, give them a try, they will definitely take good care of you. Maybe try a weekday not a weekend. Support small businesses, it matters

It was good! Nice crunch crust, friendly staff, even their cheese cake dessert was great. It was little hot inside without AC.
