The place looks nice, and the decoration is great. The service is mediocre, and the place is dirty. The sauce bar especially needs a deep cleaning. The entire restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
The food was mediocre, and our order came out wrong. We ordered sopes de carne—the meat was okay, but the sopes were raw, and they forgot to add sour cream. Overall, it tasted bad.
We also ordered el trompo al pastor, which was under-seasoned and lacked flavor. The tortillas were terrible; it seemed like they weren’t even cooked. I don’t want microwave tortillas.
We asked for onions and cilantro, and they gave us one small sauce container with both mixed together—that’s barely enough for one taco. We ordered a full trompo. The beans were also not good.
There were several other mistakes. The waiter made multiple errors and didn’t even apologize. Poor customer service. Tienen que mejorar el servicio. It is crazy to me how a street food truck can make better food than a restaurant with more capacity, money, and cooks.

My fiancé forgot his card here and they kept it safe for a whole day until he realized where it was. I had to stop for a little treat when I came to get the card and the margarita, chips, bean dip and queso were amazing. My water was never empty they filled it so quickly. Super nice waiter and staff, clean place even the bathroom was super clean.

I got a burrito that wasn’t warm and didn’t realize it had beans inside (thought it’d be on the side). I don’t like beans. My husband’s steak was okay. The waitress didn’t check on us often, we ran out of water and it took a while before our cups were refilled.

This place was a really nice place and we might come back. Their food had a reasonable price for the amount of food they had given us. The food also came out very fast. I had expected the wait to be a bit longer but there weren’t a lot of people there even though we had just come from church.the place was also very decorative and beautiful.
The place was to an extreme with all of the decorations they had. There were so many outside and it really made the restaurant stand out alone with the bright colors the building was painted. While we were there a Mariachi band had come and performed. They were amazing and really talented. A lot was having in the restaurant too there was a birthday they where setting food on fire and the loud trumpet was playing.
It also had a bar with stuff for your nachos which I think was really cool. There was a man who was blowing up balloons for kids and making animals for them. They place overall was pretty nice and worth coming back to and a nice place to bring your family.

I use to go to this location weekly, today I stopped by to pick up lunch. 2 enchiladas and a soft taco. The absolute worst presentation I’ve ever seen. The enchiladas were cheese I ordered beef and they put the taco on top of the enchiladas. Not in aluminum foil, it melted into the enchiladas for a gooey mess. I couldn’t even eat lunch. So nasty. This is what I was able to salvage and still can’t stomach it. I’m very hungry and disappointed. By the way I called them, offered to send them a photo, they will only remake it for me. I wanted my money back they said no. So I can go another time and get mush I guess. I do want my money back. My son took a look at my mess and he said if I ever let a dish go out like that at work, he would be fired.

Went in with 5 hungry friends after a long bike ride. 4 of us thought we’d be hungry enough to attempt the 5-pound burrito challenge. Boy did we underestimate how big that thing would be. I nearly finished the whole thing in the 30-minute time limit for the challenge, but couldn’t quite get the last scraps of cheesy tortilla down. Man, it so tasty though. For a non-competitive eater, I’d say you’ve gotta be at least 180 pounds and very hungry to beat that challenge. Would definitely recommend getting the 5-pound burrito to share though!

Went in for dinner with my family on New Year’s Eve. Early and not too busy. Plenty of tables open. We were seated in the very back, not sure why.
I ordered a burrito as soon as the waiter left our table within a minute a cold, greasy, burnt looking burrito was brought out to me. First of all you did NOT have time to make my order fresh. Very obvious was just sitting there. Was not even what I ordered. Very disgusting and disappointing for the second trip to eat. My husband’s burrito was cold and hard as well. There is no excuse for it. Paid 65$ for food we could not eat. I will never go back there.
Your kitchen COULD do better. Waiter also knew it…ge kept asking.
People there are so many more BETTER Mexican Restaurants to eat at. I also see you have other complaints about food served!!

Our first visit….. I’m not sure if we got lucky on what we ordered or everything on this expansive menu is remarkable! I’m guessing the later. The food was hot, beautiful and tasty. The service…. impeccable. Loved the playful decor. On to the Margarita….. YUM! We have found our new favorite place!
