Horrible experience. My smokehouse burger didn’t include the caramelized onions or the bbq sauce that was advertised. We asked for extra napkins and received a hand full of paper towels from the paper towel dispenser. They also forget to refill your drinks. Would NOT recommend this restaurant.

Upon arriving my wife & I was told there was a 5 to 10 minutes wait. (No problem) The problem was there were plenty of empty seats available and couple after couple arrived after us and was immediately sat. When they did decide to call us, the same empty seats was still available. I believe they just forgot about us. On our way to being sat, we noticed the restaurant was filthy dirty like no one cared to attempt to clean up. (trash all of floor) Our table was clean but the seats had crumbs all over them. My wife asked why was the place so dirty and the waitress response was “we don’t clean up until closing”. Then we order our drinks and was told there weren’t any straws. After that we order our food and was 1 of my sides was corn and they didn’t have it. The table beside us ordered their entree just to be told they didn’t have it and was handed a menu again to choose something different. I understand restaurants aren’t perfect but tonight was a night you just lock the doors, go home, and try again tomorrow. Whoever the manager was on duty may can’t be held accountable for being out of food but can definitely be held accountable for the restaurant being a nasty pig pen. Our drinks was on point as usual, no complaints there. Please do better Cheddars.

Very disappointed in Cheedars this go round. Not sure if they have a new chef but hard croissant, soggy broccoli, over cooked Salmon room temp, and room temp shrimp, soggy old tasting rice is ridiculous. I was 5 minutes early so why is my food cold and not fresh. I called and sent my food back because I parked in the parking lot to eat. When they brought the food back all was better but the Shrimp. It was like they took what was on my plate and threw it back on the grill and gave me back over cooked rubbery Shrimp. Smh Very disappointing. I added a photo of the shrimp.

This was out first time visit to this restaurant. It was an upscale environment that was very comfortable. Only possible negative was the height of the tables for a shorter person or children. I am 5’7″ and it was almost mid-chest. The waitress was very pleasant and stopped by often. There were many items on the menu and the prices were very reasonable versus other similar restaurants. The food arrived less than 10 minutes after ordering (during lunch hour). I got the ribs and tenders and the wife got the shrimp. Bothe were plentiful and very good. I would most definitely recommend.

I ordered croissants, which is honestly the main reason I go to Cheddar’s, and they were completely burnt. I didn’t realize how bad they were until I got home, so I couldn’t ask for a replacement. Unfortunately, they were inedible, and it made for a very disappointing experience.

Everything was good. Ordered the grilled shrimp Alfredo, Ribs and Tenders platter, kid’s fried jumbo shrimp w/baked potato and extra butter croissants. The croissants are a must have!
