Am I proud that I occasionally get this 950 calorie Cali XL double cheeseburger? No I am not, but it is delish! The two ladies and one young man who work there are the nicest fast food staff in Scotts Valley, so I have to give them some respect back. They make a mean breakfast burrito as well. Most of the time they are not that busy, so do not expect the fastest service, but they are perfectly on time if you order ahead online. Always friendly and smiling. Gracias!

The inside is basically a ghost town and takes a moment to get served. This location clearly gets most of their business through the drive-through. There’s not even ketchup out. You have to ask for everything. The food is generally pretty consistent and good for fast food. But be ready to pay $20 for a cheeseburger meal. But with fast food limited in this area, it is one of the better options if you don’t mind paying the prices.

My client send me to get him hamburger and use a coupon. The teller/cashier told me that the coupon were expired. I checked it wasn’t expired. Then she said its don’t came with fries and drinks. Which it does . After a while of explaining she let me use the coupon comes with fries and coke.

For the price I expect my order to at least come out right. This location sadly often does not follow any edits you may make to your meal and will give you a cup of ice when you order iced coffee, there new iced lemonade, and sodas.

Went in with the intention to get a milkshake malt. But upon arrival the drive through was crowded with cars. Went inside to get service no one at the counter, dining room was horrendous. Took ten minutes for someone to come to the counter and when they did show they had a bad attitude towards helping out. I asked for the bathroom code and they wouldn’t provide a code. And there didn’t take my order they turned away and ignored the customers at the register, that’s a couple and myself at the register. Didn’t even get my milkshake on how bad the service was. Just terrible. Now welcoming once so ever.

While the service was fast and friendly the food was not very good. My milkshake was watery, the bacon burger seemed like it was made a couple hours before I got it and the prices were very high. Maybe they having a bad day. This particular Carl’s Jr isn’t one I would recommend unless you want to pay a lot of money for poor quality food.

Edited to 1 star. Sat for 10 min at the drive thru with no response. Not even an acknowledgement to wait a few min. Left and went to jack in the box just down the road.
Previously: Good food but the cooks don’t understand what a plain burger with no cheese is. Every time it has been wrong.
