Not necessarily the employee’s fault, but the hours posted on Google say 5am. I have gone there twice now between 5:00am-5:30am and the doors have been locked both times. First time, I thought it was just a fluke. Second time, I feel like the hours aren’t correctly posted on Google and/or on the doors.

Awful day for the members at Caseys. We have been waiting for 30+ minutes for a scheduled pizza pickup. And someone decided a large order should go first which has put everything behind even for later customers. Awful service this go around. Maybe I’ll update this review if i chose this location again, but currently believe the Palo location is 10x better

Not overly fond of not being able to talk to a person when phoning in an order. Lesson learned- check your order before leaving the store. We ordered dipping sauces and to have the pizza cut in squares. Paid for the sauce and did not get it and pizza was not cut in squares. Not major problems, but again, lesson learned and we will check better next time if we order online.
