The young lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. Different story at the pickup up counter. I received my Star Drink but not my slice of lemon iced bread. When I asked for the bread, the guy wasn’t friendly. Eventually, I received the bread, but it looked like it was man-handled. Probably by the same rude guy. I hesitated eating it because it wasn’t sure if someone dropped it on the floor and then put it back in the bag.

Wow best matcha latte! Amazing team here ! I just stop on my trip to grab a matcha and I found Sam/ Charlie to be so happy helping me and creating this amazing experience. It’s not about food , hospitality it’s about service and the love speak laughter here! They are so kind, genuine and loving. The service was speed and my matcha perfect! Hours of operation needs to be updated. Both google and the Starbucks app show that the store opens at 4:30, so I put in a mobile order at 5. It was a little frustrating to have to sit around for 30 minutes until they opened up. Had I known that was the case I would have continued with my travels and gotten it at a different store. Other than that, the service and coffees were fine.

I met the best Starbuck’s employee I’ve ever met at this location. When I walked in, a gentleman named Rick greeted me cheerfully and asked if I had a mobile order. He was expediting the process of picking up mobile orders by asking people when they walked in if they had a pick-up and then asking what their name was on the order. Normally I have to walk clumsily up to the counter and look at the names on the items sitting there or I have to try to grab someone’s attention to ask if my order is ready.
This was such a better way to go about getting orders in customers’ hands quickly. On top of that, Rick was so friendly and happy. At one point I overheard him talking to two customers and they remarked “That’s cool!” and he replied, “No, YOU’RE cool!” It was just fun to watch him in action. He exuded positivity and it was infectious.
Do whatever you can to keep Rick employed at your location. He is a gem!

Very unprofessional situation here, after placing my order for a simple coffee and heated sandwich.
The sandwich was ready, and delivered by a young man who literally threw it through the air over onto the counter. I really REALLY don’t like my food being thrown at me.
Waiting waiting waiting, still waiting for a cup of coffee. Asked if they were out of Pikes, was that the problem? Yes, would you like something else? Ok, what have you got? Oh, oops, nothing.
They literally had no brewed coffee on hand.
This was at about 1:00, one person in line in front of me.
By the time the coffee was ready, there was a crowd waiting for their orders.
There were 5 people behind the counter, in a small shop, one was the manager. How they all failed to notice that coffee needed brewing is beyond me. Nothing ready to brew, just nothing.
By the time I got my coffee, my hot sandwich was barely lukewarm. It took about 15-20 minutes for this all to ensue.
Starbucks sells coffee. Make the coffee people. Sell the coffee in a timely manner.

This Starbucks on Fairview phenomenal. Excellent taste, of course, but what makes this experience top notch are the employees. All of them. Greeted by your name and memorized fav coffee order you feel welcomed, important and well… you simply feel good. Best uplifting way to start your day.
