Was craving Haitian food today and googled restaurants near me and this place popped up. I read the reviews but didn’t look at the prices or the pictures (that was my mistake). I ordered a large for EVERYTHING chicken, pork and lalo. To my utter surprise when I saw the containers I couldn’t believe that she calls this large portions especially for her prices, this was over $100! These would be considered small portions at the places I usually frequent. Yes, the food was good but definitely not worth the price. The 3 stars are for the customer service and the taste of the food only.

Pate Kode was hands down my favorite dish, and we also tried the Lalou and Mama Samon—absolutely delicious. Everything was made fresh to order, and you could taste it in every bite. The service was A1—friendly and attentive without being over the top. The vibe was just right too: good music in the background, but still low enough to have a real conversation with your date.
My partner actually found this spot after the gym, and I’m so glad he did. Whether you’re dropping in casually or planning a dinner date, this place is a must-visit. Come one, come all—you won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant is very upscale and fancy. Great place to bring a date or for a family gathering. The food was delicious. I had the fried beef and mushroom rice which came with salad, plantains, piklis, and vegetables. The smell of the food carries you to the caribbean. I will be back!
