I would not order take out or delivery service from this location. They always fill things half full when you’re not standing there watching them. You just have to go in and hold them accountable to do the right thing, I guess. The picture is after the bowl was fluffed up/mixed around with a fork and a single bite taken. So, so sad bowl.

Two of us went to lunch at three pm on a Tuesday. There was table seating inside and also outside, but it was raining, so no one was outside. We took our lunches to go. I ordered the chicken taco bowl with all the additional toppings. It was seventeen dollars plus change. The food is fresh and very tasty. It’s a very huge portion for the price, I felt it was worth it. The employees were nice and greeted us when we walked in the door. They were quick to take our order, so we were in and out in only a few minutes. I had to try the aguas frescas. I tried the pineapple and one other flavor. I can’t remember the second flavor, but the pineapple one was not so tasty. It seemed like there was not enough pineapple in the mix. It tasted very diluted to me.

The food in the pans looked old, dried out, and unappetizing, and the attitude from the staff made the experience even worse. The places always dirty. The drinks machine never is always bad. They want to take fresh funds out of your account but want to provide old food and tasteless drinks. I have given this place several chances. This was my last they do not have to worry about my money or me anymore. I have a family of six and everybody wanted chipotle there is no way they were going to be able to make all of our orders with this little bit of food. But will charge you full price. I went to raising Cane’s fresh guaranteed every time.

This used to be one of the best places to eat, but lately it has become a joke. I actually stopped eating here for about 9 months because of the issues and decided to try it again today. 3 out of three entrees that I bought were Incorrect and I found out only after I got home. The best part is there’s no person you can talk to on the phone you have to do it through the app which is another big joke. After finally going up to the restaurant to get my daughter’s food corrected the replacement had maybe 8 to 10 and the condescending response from the “manager” when I asked was the icing on the cake for the experience tonight. 0 stars

Honestly, please read everyone’s reviews. They are not lying. I’ve been to this location twice in the last two weeks and the customer service is ridiculous. I spent almost $80 last night for a pick up order and I got double chicken in my bowl was so light, even though I got double rice as well. The rest of the people who got their food, said the rice wasn’t cooked all the way, and that their food was cold.
Honestly, it’s kind of easy to look past the food cause you could always ask them to fix it but the young people there have no customer service and they really do not care. I definitely will not be going back because of this experience being the same experience that happened almost 2 weeks ago so that shows that it’s consistently never good.

Service is fine but place is filthy. We didn’t come during rush hour so the place was not packed. I don’t blame the workers because they are probably not properly staffed. There were no clean spaces to sit. Floor covered in food and tables as well, kitchen area also pretty dirty. Doesn’t give me confidence in the quality of food.

Chipotle is usually one of my top spots, especially because they offer great vegan and vegetarian options. But last night’s order was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with them. I ordered a vegan bowl and specifically asked for the plant-based protein, but when I opened it at home, it was filled with chicken. I don’t eat meat at all, so I couldn’t even eat my meal. Then my man’s bowl was supposed to be half chicken and half steak, and he literally got three tiny pieces of steak and no chicken whatsoever. The order was completely wrong and the portions made no sense. I was so disappointed because Chipotle has never messed up this badly before. I was really upset last night!!

They cut up the chicken really small so you barely get any chicken and they burnt the hell out of the chicken so I’m tasting charcoal! They also don’t put enough lime in their pico and they drop other foods in other sides, meaning if you have a corn allergy be careful, they drop corn in the sour cream! They should learn from the chipotle on Kenosha in Tulsa how to make the food!!! I wouldn’t complain about the portions if the food to was actually good..

I wish I could give the Chipotle in Stillwater, Oklahoma 5 stars but unfortunately all they deserve is 1 star across the board. If only there was a way to give minus stars it would be more applicable. I went to this location with my friends in Stillwater, Ok and was met with a flurry of foul language and derogatory comments thrown at us from a very verbally abusive employee at this location. We were called CUNTS and Racial Slurs repeatedly while being told to get out because they closed at 4:30 pm and it was 4:28pm and I wanted to finish my order to which they weren’t accommodating. They let us walk in and place our orders but when I requested to add a drink to my order that’s when everything went haywire. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated in my life. I request that the rude individual be reprimanded immediately. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!! I have the video and will be sending it to the corporate office.

The bowls are always small. When mobile ordering from this location I have Never had them build a bowl to order. Even when you specify you want more or less of an ingredient they always seem to do the opposite seemingly out of spite. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra rice (the CHEAPEST ingredient) and they built the bowl as if there is a world wide shortage of rice. All the ingredients together just covered the bottom of the bowl and they didn’t fill it over half way up. Certainly not worth the money for what little they give you.
