I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and nobody has said a word, kinda scared to order food but I can’t back out of the drive thru because there is a car behind me, well you never know what people are going through so it’s hard to be rude, they were very apologetic and everything. It was hard to still be mad by the time we got to the window. Got half way across town and tried the food and it was ice cold, all of it, potato oles and tacos. It did not seem like the meat was warmed ever at all like they just forgot to cook it. Most the time you van tell it’s just been sitting forever but thus was just never cooked. Most the time everything is good from here and everybody has their days, stuff happens but I don’t see how you could forget to cook food at your job that you cook food at. My friend brang the food back in and I think they’re remaking it.

Pretty decent food, my favorite thing has to be the potato ole’s with cheese sauce! Service wasn’t bad but could have been better, along with the cold and noisy atmosphere made the dine in experience slightly lower than some places I’ve visited. Overall a decent and affordable option.

Taco John’s is always a good place to go mainly because the food is very good. Atmosphere is very good. It’s quiet. Which I like. Don’t have a bunch of music. Blaring.

Drive through. No shell bowls for taco salad. Bummer because it’s the best part. Salad served in a container, not good. It needed more lettuce.

I visit Taco John’s often as I enjoy the food. I was in this Taco John’s in Helena on 9-2 at about 745 pm, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was a big guy working and he was extremely rude to every customer that came through. When he was handing things to customers he was throwing it on the counter to them. He was making food and setting it on the stainless counter away from the food making station without a wrapper under it. There was about 5 people standing in the lobby and they were all mad because they had been waiting a long time for their food. As I was walking in the door a met a lady going out and she said to me… good luck, don’t do it. It’s terrible in there! I like Taco John’s, but tonight was so bad I will never be back

Every negative review does a more accurate depiction of this restaurant than the good ones. missing part of my order and the nachos are definitely just microwaved chips and pre-shredded cheese. I don’t know why people talked so highly of this god awful establishment. Only good take away was the price, but I usually don’t have to pay when being given trash. A total waste of time.

Decided to try Mexican food in Montana. This place, to me, is about 2 grades above Taco Bell. The street tacos were decent. It may need someone to be actively wiping down tables. Not expensive so I might eat there again if I wanted something fast and cheap…and that’s all I have to say about that.
