Worst customer service! Place an order 1 week ago to-go and I got home realizing there was a mistake on my order and the tripa couldn’t eat it because you could literally felt ROCKS in the tripa!! called back to give a complaint nicely. They didn’t want to accept responsibility even though my order was wrong and the tripa was un edible. They said just to send a picture of receipt. Went back today 9/15 and this “LA LADY TACOS” tried to hide and being snitch about it talking unprofessionally outside on the back of the restaurant that the order was given back to me! Which is a total lie! They excused themselves saying they have cameras and that they had messages between them stating it was me with the same “name” and “receipt number” getting food back! Which is a lie I took the pic send it and threw it away!! Lie after lie!! I said “well show me, prove it was me?!” they called police locking doors for me not stepping inside and get confronted about the situation proving it was never me. For sure I’m suing this unethical place, will report it to health department and NEVER coming back!!! All this for 1 order of tacos!! lol gggeezzzz!

Amazing experience! I had never tried tacos before, and I left this taquería absolutely in love with them. Everything was delicious — full of authentic, fresh flavors that truly surprised me. The service was wonderful; they made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Definitely highly recommended! If you’re looking for real tacos and excellent service, this is the place to go.

Ordered 6 tacos and a can coke for $16. Red flag #1. Food comes out and the meat looks off, lots of chewy tendons, extremely GREASY, No flavor. Beans were okay at best. Take your money elsewhere, meat is low quality.

Without a doubt, some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. But the real stand out is the staff of Taqueria La Herradura. Everyone is kind, polite, and friendly.

Food was good. They have tripa and bistek as their choice of meats and they also have hot dogs. The drinks were a bit small but definitely packed a punch. Papa asada was good as well and they have a simple and exclusive option for it.

It wasn’t a good experience, from the food being flavorless, overly priced, and cold to the staff being, rude and slow, to the customers being straight up just disrespectful. This will be my only experience here, I love Mexican food, but it has no love, no seasoning, and no soul whatsoever. Being passionate about food myself, I’m deeply disappointed over all. I hope they do better.

Ordered the mixta tacos and a hot dog with bacon, came out to about $14. The hot dog came out first and was loaded with onions and bacon, very tasty. Eventually the tacos came out and they were done well, greasy but that’s kind of what you expect. Comes with grilled onions, cilantro, beans, and 2 salsas. The green salsa wasn’t very spicy, didn’t try the red. All in all good experience.

Food was terrible and expensive. The meat was not fully cooked and had a lot of nerve. I’m very disappointed because I felt this would have been better option than McDonald’s and was a big mistake.
