Great service and quality Culver’s, same as in other cities! Came late at night and the staff still had great energy and enthusiasm serving good food. Got the burger, cheese curds (must get!), Milkshake. Everything was super yummy and left me full. Clean place. One of the restaurants opened late and they do a great job. Keep it up. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Culver’s in Madison, Indiana, and had an exceptional experience. Despite not being a frequent visitor, the staff, particularly the gentleman who took my order, made me feel right at home. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and patient with my questions, which I greatly appreciated since I’m not familiar with all the menu items.
With kids in the car, it can be challenging to make decisions, but he helped me choose something new that I ended up loving. His recommendation was spot on, and I wouldn’t have known to order it without his guidance. The food itself was delicious and well worth the price, even though it’s a bit on the pricey side. The quality definitely justifies the cost.
The only surprising part of the experience was how empty the parking lot was when we arrived, especially for a Sunday night around 10 PM. We almost thought they were closed! It’s a little concerning because Culver’s is one of my favorite spots when I do get the chance to eat out, and I’d hate to see such a great restaurant go underutilized.
Overall, I highly recommend Culver’s in Madison. The friendly service, delicious food, and overall experience make it worth every penny. I hope more people in the area discover how great it is so it can continue to thrive in our community.

I made the mistake of wanting to get a quick treat on my way home. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever go to this restaurant. Due to food allergies, I always ask fried food is fried separate from fish. Always the answer is, let me check and yes, it is always fried separate. Now I feel like i’m going to go into antiphylaxic shock. My tongue is tickling and my airways are starting to close.
My order consisted of a spicy chicken sandwich cheese curd and a medium coke. I requested no cheese and no lettuce on my sandwich.However those items were on my sandwich. Not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, it also contained a frozen chicken patty. When I took the first bite I knew it was not cooked or made properly. I pray that I do not get sick from this hockey Puck Raw chicken that I consumed bite of. The cheese curds were actually hot. The coke was nothing to desire.It tasted watered down old lady perfume.

When we walked in it was a bit busy but the line moved fairly quickly, the workers were all polite and helpful and the restaurant was clean.
We ordered 3 butterburgers and the food was brought to us very quickly and orderly, the food tasted great and all of our orders were correct with no mistakes.
Will definitely return whenever we’re back in Madison Indiana

No wait to order, and they gave us a table number so we could pick our own spot—super convenient. Our food (shrimp combo and burger melt combo) came out hot, fresh, and fast—less than 5 minutes for both! Everything tasted great. The staff were super friendly, and the place was spotless. I actually saw the same employee sweep twice while we were there. Things like that don’t go unnoticed. Big shoutout to the crew—you’re doing a great job! Keep it up. We’ll be back there soon.
