Why order a 20oz drink when 1/3 of it is going to be foam. Both times I’ve gone to this location my drink has been this way. I’ll stick to Biggby moving forward.
Edit to add: they can’t even put a plastic wrap between the donuts and bag so you’re left with half the topping gone from your donuts.

I do not frequently post reviews, but here it goes.
The staff is pleasant, but the dark roast coffee is not consistent. I swore I would not come back after the last 2 visits.
The first disappointment occurred when they were out of dark roast and just simply substituted regular. I knew this because I went back and asked the server. I wish they would have been honest because I would have adjusted my order to a regular black coffee. The second disappointment was before ordering I double-checked if they had dark roast coffee and was told “yes”. If it was dark roast I could not tell because it had so much cream. It was literally luke warm. This time I was upset.
I called the manager and he said to come in and they would supply me a cup at no charge. I had no desire or time to do that. It was a nice gesture, but what I would like to have seen as a solution is to go there and get the same consistent cup of coffee I had there the first few times I went.
I stopped in there today and not to claim a free cup of coffee. I stopped to see if things changed. Again there is so much cream in this cup that I can’t taste the coffee. I guess they are becoming more consistent at slaughtering a good cup of dark roast coffee.
I have pretty much given up on Tim Hortons with one exception. The best Tim Hortons by far is on the North side of 16 Mile. (About a mile east f om I75) Every visit I receive the same consistent good cup of dark roast coffee. It shows because they are super busy with a steady stream of cars efficiently flowing by the window. From now on, this is the only Tim Hortons I will go to. You can rely on them and not waste your money.

At the drive-thru, the employee Roona was using the same gloves to handle food and to take my credit card. I calmly pointed this out as a basic hygiene concern. Her response was immediate, disproportionate, and aggressive.
She became visibly enraged, raised her voice, and threw paper items directly at me and my vehicle. This was not accidental or a misunderstanding — it was hostile conduct directed at a customer. My two young children, ages 4 and 7, were in the car and witnessed this behavior, which made the incident especially disturbing.
There was no argument and no provocation. I raised a straightforward food safety concern and was met with an explosive reaction that should never occur in a customer-facing role, particularly at a family restaurant.
Unsafe food handling combined with an employee losing control and directing aggression at a customer raises serious concerns about management, training, and safety at this location. I have reported this incident to Tim Hortons corporate and the Michigan Attorney General. I would strongly caution families and anyone concerned about basic safety and professionalism before visiting this store.

I have a bunch of points because another order I made online with a gift card was not able to serve me what I ordered, so they refunded me in points which is stupid because I can only use my points for one item at a time per purchase. Even worse is the points did not work even tho the worker said she could see I had enough. They said I needed to call the company, which ok fine. But then I asked for ice water after I ordered and she said you have to pay for that too. Fine, I guess even though no where else does that. I think the least they could have done was give me some water without charging because of how messed up everything else went.

Nice to see they are consistent. Figured I’d give it a shot after months of going elsewhere. Nope! WORST LATTE I’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. It tasted like hot water with whipped cream on top. And the donut is still being put in the bag so the frosting smears all over the inside. Keep up the good work team!

Awful service! Workers have constantly messed up my order. Hashbrowns have been cold and the eggs have a very unpleasant flavor to them. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in the area.

Ok these guys did an amazing job, especially compared to other Timmy’s nearby. I had a somewhat complicated order which wasn’t made perfectly at first but as soon as I commented on how the sandwhich is supposed to be made, they grilled a new one for us immediately. The selection of bagels and pastries was great, the coffee was fresh and mixed proportionally correct, and the service was exceptionally professional and fast. This is the location I’ll be coming back to in the future, and the one I recommend for others in the area.

Order a Tuscan chicken panini as usually. & a guy made this sandwich. Lazy horrible attitude I couldn’t come back same day to have them fix my meal. So I called & made a complaint. They said come back up when you can to fix things. So I took a picture thinking next time I go in they will give me a discount or at least a comp donut. But no! Smh bad customer service at this Tim Horton’s.
