I have always loved Salata! My first time at this location was not the best. Ordered online on their website. Some ingredients weren’t available and there was no way to refund me! Paid for food they were not willing to provide. Was told that they would send my information to “manager”. It’s very inconvenient for them to be able to snatch your money from your card but no process or protocol in place if something goes wrong! In this economy that is unacceptable!

Situated directly across from Town East Mall in the Market East shopping center makes this a great location. Salata is surrounded by major retail and is moments from I 635 and Hwy 80. If you’re looking for a healthy food option, look no further. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was brightly lit with vibrant colors, the service was very good and the salad was delicious (was it the fresh ingredients or the fact that I made it ☺️?). A combination of both I suppose. The patio was beautiful but the Texas heat took that option off the table. Misting fans would be a great addition to that beautiful space.

Love this place! Food is fresh and portions are great. All employees are super nice. The General Manager, Valerie, is always so welcoming. I am a regular here and she knows it. Always a great place to have lunch with a friendly crew around!

This restaurant just recently opened in Mesquite, across from Town East Mall. Hubby and I enjoyed our lunch and the beautiful weather today on their spacious patio. I was really excited to tear into my salad, because it looked delicious. The customer service was great and I liked the decor. We will definitely be back again.

Came in around 12pm yesterday. Seemed not too busy when I got there but while I was in line it suddenly got very busy. But even with the sudden busyness the staff was very attentive and friendly! The manager Jade especially seemed busy but still made small talk and was very nice even helped me set up a rewards account when it slowed down again! Great experience overall!

Love this restaurant! There’s not been a salad combination that I have made that is not so good! Everything is super delicious and healthy. My only observation is that getting close to the closing hours; and I’m doing this observation because it was one hour before to be exact which I think is still a little bit of time to run out of stuff, the food bar and drinks options are not all complete! I asked for pita chips and they just gave me the crushed bottom pieces I asked if they had more and they didn’t. My husband couldn’t get the meat he wanted and the drinks were almost all gone. The place is delicious but for the price you are paying for a salad plus the price you are adding for two or three types of protein I’ll say you should have everything a costumer wants available. I’ll be coming back definitely, just wanted to point these things for further consideration from the owners.

I am so disgusted and disappointed with Salata’s at 1705 N Town E Blvd, Ste 300 in Mesquite, TX. I eat Salata’s so much that I should have stock in the company but today is my first time I am second guessing my loyalty to the company. Not once but twice I found hair in my Salata wrap. None of the servers wore a net over their hair and they used their hands more than the scoops that are provided. The individual that served me seemed scared to give me the regular portion size — if it was up to her I would have gotten 2 grapes, a piece of an onion and maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. I am being facetious but you get my drift. I tried calling the store at least 4 or 5 times and no one answers and since it is after hours the corporate office is not open. Who do I need to refund me my money back — Mesquite is almost an hour from me and I am not driving back over there. Please assist – thanks in advance.
