Would like to start with the professional service. Hospitality superb and the time the order was served on time. I’ve been to the other balcon de las Americas and no comparison, super clean. The entire staff checks on every customer, great quality service to every customer. The food was prepared in a timely manner. Delicious, it hit the spot. Ordered an arepa con chocolo perfect as well. Thank you so much, definitely will be a customer for a long time. Ms.Mara, again thank you so much for your service. Definitely best in Miramar area.

We’ve been to the Deerfield and Coral Springs locations before, but this was our first time visiting the Pembroke Pines location—and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious. Cynthia was not only very attentive to our table’s needs, but also incredibly sweet and kind.

The staff is friendly, and the service is impressively fast. We had our first experience trying beer mixed with soda, and it was surprisingly refreshing—a definite must-try! The soup was rich and delicious, while the chicharrón was perfectly crispy. Portions are generous and great for sharing. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu!

Wow, this place is incredible. We had such great service and the food was insanely delicious. Our server, Sandra, is most kind and so efficient. We had an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be returning every time I visit Pembroke Pines. Unfortunately, I did not take as many photos as I would have liked because we were so busy eating the yummy food!

First time here and this place rocks! You HAVE to try it if you haven’t already! The service was amazing, not limited to just 1 waiter/waitress. We placed the order with David and another waitress brought it out. After that, another 3rd waitress passed by to check on us and then some time later, another. Finally, to finish off, Cynthia came by to check how all had been during our visit. The delicious food, happy environment and attention to the details made this a great place that we will definitely visit again! Oh, did I mention how AMAZING the food was? Can’t say enough about it!
