First time eating at Jack’s , I usually cook in my truck but thought why not be lazy a bit and go get me some food. I’m glad I did. Very clean and nice inside, the workers were very great and greeting and getting your food to you. I ordered a number one with a mocha iced coffee and their Mac and cheese. Super delicious and also what topped it off to me, to all my fellow truckers out there they give truckers a DISCOUNT. It’s nice to see a place actually treating truckers with respect and dignity and being grateful to our services. So I’ll definitely be back when I’m through this way.

I was passing through between Memphis and Chattanooga and stopped for a quick road lunch. The building had quiet a line, maybe 6-7 cars, but the service time was perfect. The line moved quickly like a fast food restaurant should and I was ordered an on the road in less than 15 minutes. I noticed the line was long because people were constantly pulling in at the time so I guess they just run like this everyday. I wish more fast foods places moved like these guys.

The food here is sooooo good , and doesn’t kill my wallet. I got great service, and everyone here was sooo nice . Also they give truck drivers a 10% discount. Chicken and burgers and ice cream. Can’t go wrong

One of the best fast food value menu burgers I’ve ever had way better than McDonald’s or BK tasted fresh, seasoned, cheesy, I got two single cheeseburgers they were only 2.19 a piece what a great price. They were so good I came back and got two double cheeseburger because I’m a fat ass and they were also delicious. Great job.

I always love going to Jacks and even though here lately service has been a little slower than usual today was an exceptionally different experience! My service was excellent and my server Rashad made the whole experience even better with his beautiful smile and radiant energy. If I was Jack’s he would be at the front of my store everyday! Can’t wait to go back and see him again!

First time trying a Jack’s. I’m a trucker, and it was next door to the truck stop. I had the fried chicken dinner. It was so good. The crust was actual southern. The sides were great. Biscuits were fluffy goodness. The staff was very nice. Also had the hand scooped strawberry shake. Yummy.
