Friendly service … as at any Chick-Fil-A location. I got the new pretzel bun sandwich. The sandwich was tasty and the pretzel bun enhanced the taste of my meal. It would have been nice if the cheese was melted. I can’t tell the difference with the new fries.

Chick-fil-A is generally hospitable but they went above and beyond. We were on a 4 hr drive and they gave the kids goodie bags with stickers and a coloring book to help get through the rest of our drive. All of the staff were super friendly. The food took a little longer to come out but Chick-fil-A usually takes longer than other fast food restaurants. It was also very clean and well maintained.

Check your order before you leave. I went through the drive through around lunch time, it was moderately busy. The person who took my order was helpful with the options and pleasant. They then had another person read back my order while I was waiting in the line. I got to the window they asked me to move forward to wait, which was fine. It was probably a two minute extra wait, the car behind me got their food first. I had ordered a deluxe meal and a kids meal. I did not receive the kids meal waffle fries or toy and of course I did not realize until I got to my next destination. Food was good, staff was pleasant. Seems like the missing check at this place is the person at the window confirming the contents of the bag.

I’m a frequent customer at this location, and I love Chick-fil-A and the environment. Also worked for Chick-fil-A not long ago, always my #1. However, I’ve noticed that this location in particular tends to be very slow when it comes to the drive-thru thru which is why I order carry out most of the time, yet-I ended up waiting 20 minutes after placing my mobile order to get my food. The team was very attentive checking on me and my order but then came out with the wrong order, a cookie was placed on the bag which I thank you for but, speed could be a place to improve on, as well as accuracy.

Stopped in this morning to grab a surprise breakfast for my son’s last day of school. Had to wait 5 minutes to get to order with only 2 cars in the line, then was still asked to hold on. Finally ordered, to wait another 10 minutes to get the food. He opened it and it look more like someone grabbed a handful of chicken and biscuits and just through them in the box. Then drowned it with honey. He wouldn’t even eat the biscuits because there was so much honey. Some biscuits had finger print marks shoved and to top it off he had a hair in one of the biscuits! Was not the great last day, I was trying to give him, subpar food and service and was late. (Just for context, I specifically left early to be able to stop)

I ordered a Cobb salad with some of ingredients of the salad to be excluded from my salad..Please tell why they forgot to include my chicken.smh
I went in the restaurant and complained to the manager on duty and his comment was ….That’s interesting as if I might have taken the chicken out of the salad myself.
Where you could clearly look at the salad and see there was “No Chicken” in the container.smh
Then on top of that instead of having the kitchen crew make me a fresh salad.She had the kitchen crew and chicken to the salad I presented to them w/o the chicken..smh
No apology, No gift card ( free meal) for their mistake.

Only the second day so I’ll go easy. Large order of waffle fries amount was equivalent to a medium order. Cool wrap was so small. See photos.

Unmatched customer service and drive-thru speed. Consistently great chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Always clean. A pricier fast-food option, and famously (and inconveniently) closed on Sundays.
