It’s hard to find a coffee shop on Sundays! This one opens at 8am on Sunday. It is across from the Union Bar and Grill.
I like all the brick inside and the local artwork for sale. It has a cozy feeling and provides indoor and outside seating.
I ordered a flavored latte ( tasted like a holiday!) And a breakfast burrito with cheese and egg and bacon. I ate less than half (it would be a perfect size to share) to heat up later. It was really good..eggs were fluffy and I liked that the bacon was alittle crispy. Could have used alittle more bacon but still awesome!
They have pastries…burritos..and a lunch menu ( alot of paninis too).

Nice little stop on our way to High Sierra Music festival. My barber down the street was closed for the 4th of July so we stopped here for a drink. Great selection and atmosphere along the Feather River.

Mugshots is the place I always go whenever I want to meet up with a friend or a client for a coffee date. Their atmosphere is *everything* with artwork from local artists usually displayed on the walls and an outdoor patio in the back that is so quaint and relaxing. Their service is amazing and their servers get to know you by name (if you go in enough like I do- ha!) I highly recommend Mugshots as a must stop when in the historic downtown Oroville district. You will be so happy you went!

Mug Shots has a wide variety of drinks including coffees, teas, and smoothies. I’m not a big coffee person myself (sacrilegious I know, but unfortunately I find the drink too bitter for my tastes), so I went with one of their smoothie selections – the manga mania smoothie. While waiting for my drink, I found a spot at one of their tables, whipped out my laptop and settled in to get some work done. The barista had my drink out in no time and was very kind in bringing it directly to my table. I really enjoyed the drink and the overall ambience of the coffee shop definitely adds to the experiences. The interior is very cute and reminds me of the feeling you get when you visit your grandmother’s house – a nice warm homecoming.
If you’re looking for a cute coffee shop and a place to work, then Mug Shots is definitely for you!
