I rarely am critical of a restaurant and generally am generally overly generous in my positive ratings. One thing I index on heavily however is service.

Half the restaurant is self service where you self check out via kiosk. There’s no human to help you.

The other half of the restaurant is a long bar.

I ordered at the kiosk and then sat down at the bar. The waiter told me I couldn’t sit down unless I cancelled the order and then re ordered with him. I told him I’d be happy to tip him but that there isn’t even anyone to speak to cancel the order. I was really polite about it and he got pretty combative.

The impossible burger itself was OK but came out $26 before tip and didn’t deliver given the high price point.

I wish there were a zero-star option. You have to use QR codes to place an order. However, they didn’t have the item I ordered in their system. What happens next? I had to file a claim in an online form (!). Then they told me it would take up to 8 days to receive my money back. On top of that, the waiters scolded me for finding this silly. At least I wish the food was good. It was not.

Quick bite before my flight out.

Ordered the burger and fries.

Fries were inedible, but burger was fine. Not too many options for takeout.

Took a long time for the food to come out. For $25 after tax, probably better options out there.

Is this place serious? There is a “Pick up” sign, and several people were standing there waiting, while the staff could clearly see us and still didn’t bother to inform anyone that orders are handed out from a different side.

Because of this poor communication, my order had already been ready for quite some time, but no one informed me. Despite asking for customers’ names, none of the orders were labeled, so several orders were left waiting and getting cold while the staff had to open boxes one by one to find mine.

The food was well below average. The burger was barely acceptable, and the fries were terrible – most likely soggy from sitting too long. Oh, and all for only 24 $.

Skip this place unless you have about an hour or longer to wait for a breakfast sandwich. This place took about 20 mins to even acknowledge my order. And they produce one order every 10 minutes. I’m not kidding. On inquiry, the employees there just shrug their shoulder. This place needs to be closed down and a much better operator needs to be installed. Newark management please read.

Food is ok, staff is nice but the manager is awful. They have been understaffed both times I have been here so I assume it is their norm. There was a mixup with my order both times. First they lost my order, this time I ordered from their tables by a gate. My food never arrived but it said “delivered” on my phone. I even tipped well since they were supposed to be “delivering” the food (I was approx 50ft from the place). I had to go to the place to ask where my food was and the manager had the audacity to blame me for the issue – almost as if she didn’t believe that I never received my order. Go somewhere else for less of a headache.

We ordered glass of wine and a mimosa before our flight. Service was slow, and we paid $62 for our drinks. This included in 18% tip which was added before the drinks were delivered. So we had no chance to change it. Their poor rating is well deserved.

Plenty of places to seat. Easy to order: all done online. The food wasn’t bad. Prices were incredible…even for airport food. Classic burger with fries and a soft drink with tip came in at $35. The service was quick. That was the last time I saw my server. A refill was not offered but needed. Rating due to price and lack of refill.

Waited 23 minutes for a single order of fries after being told they were already made.
Ended up leaving without my food or a refund to make my flight.

Will not order here again.

Place is very expensive but considering the location it’s to be as expected. Food and beer is jacked up a lot but is what it is.

Ordering is very easy with kiosks and my beer arrived two minutes later with friendly service.

Charging stations make it an easy place to chill while waiting to board.
