We do emergency repairs so we are a very strict and tight schedule getting to and from jobs. I called on the road to have a sandwich pre-prepared for me and they had it ready for me when I walked in. That is what keeps me coming back the gentleman working at4:30 on February 25. Did an amazing job very proud of them.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location, but the staff went above and beyond. With my order, I tried to buy just a few slices of bacon for my dog who we are having to euthanize due to cancer. When I told the staff why I was purchasing bacon, they were so kind and gave me 3 strips for my guy, Timber. It meant the world to me. Thank you for your kindness!

I used the mobile app for the 1st time and feared this was gonna happen if I didn’t watch them make my food. I would have refused to pay for this sub if I watched them make it. I also tipped 20%. 3 stars b/c I have had good subs when I order in person.$ and time wasted.

They served like 20 walk-in people before making my online order. Three other people had to wait about 15 mins or more for their online orders too. I don’t understand why they wait to make the food until I arrive when I already paid for the food online. Maybe they’re being cheap and don’t want to waste the food if I didn’t show up, but at the expense of my time. Not only that but the walk in line was moving pretty quick. Online orders are obviously a second priority for this spot. Also, the reviews for this place are fake. This place hasn’t been open that long. They took a previous location that had closed and moved the maps entry to this new address. Very shady and terrible service.

As my children frequently remind me, I am a Karen and living true to my name, I know I can be difficult to please. With that said, I have never been disappointed in a visit to this Jersey Mikes, it is actually my ‘go to place’ when I want a quick lunch or easy dinner. The quality of food and the portions that you get on your sandwich are always top notch. Now, of course if I get oil and vinegar on my sandwich and save it to eat hours later, it’s going to be soggy- I saw this mentioned in another review- that sounds like user error. They are very sweet and accommodating, and are more than happy to put the oil and vinegar in little containers so I can put it on later if necessary.
They are also always so sweet and polite when I ask them when they’ll be getting in sprouts. I LOVE sprouts on a sandwich, like the Citadel at East Bay Deli. It’s basically just a club-type sandwich, but I add sprouts and it takes it to a whole new level! Despite loving the sprouts being an option at East Bay, I still am a faithful customer at this Jersey Mikes because of the service and consistency. It can be hard to find a sandwich shop or the likes with polite, friendly, and courteous employees, and that is what I get when I visit this Jersey Mikes. I am also always so confident in the cleanliness and sanitation- the building is always clean and I can see that their prep area is kept very clean. I feel like a truly valued customer when I am here and feel as if it really is their goal to give me a high quality, well made sandwich!
So, my takeaway- this Jersey Mikes is phenomenal- I highly recommend. The only thing that I might suggest would be adding in a few additional options to add to a sandwich- like sprouts and olives! Not everyone’s cup of tea, but would be a nice addition!

I absolutely LOVE this jersey Mikes location. I order from here all the time. Turkey provolone and chicken back ranch cheesesteak are my favorites. The staff is fast and makes a heck of a sandwich. Order accuracy for online is very high also, which is appreciated.

My family and I love stopping in this Jersey Mikes and I just need to do a shout out because this weekend when we stopped in to grab lunch, it was such a nice reprieve from the stressful hustle and bustle of holiday crowds out shopping.
The service is fantastic and everyone is always very friendly and very willing to make accommodations due to dietary restrictions or special requests. Some places you aren’t quite sure what exactly you’ll get, but here I always know exactly what to expect- the sandwiches are consistently made and always delicious! The Italian is on point, and my husband loves the Stickball Special!
