I was in search of a caterer and wasn’t getting anywhere or should I say getting the run around. With the help of TikTok I found Dos Manos Food Truck. Back in February ‘2024 my family and I took a drive to try their food. Let’s just say it’s a 5star for a reason and Jaime was great to talk to. We recently got married and we hired Dos Manos Food Truck to come cater for us buffet style. We were getting married in a public park in Denver and didn’t want park patrons interfering wanting food. Jaime gratefully accommodated us and everything looked great!! With a Mexican Taco Bar we offered a build your own taco bar (works with all dietary restrictions) with all the fixings and added chicken flautas, cheese quesadillas to give options. All my guests couldn’t say enough great things about the food. We were so happy and pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend for any occasion!! We’ll definitely use them again❤️

They arrived early and were ready to serve the wedding guests promptly! The food was amazing & delicious, and we felt the owners put a lot of time and effort in the quality of the food. This place is delicious! The meat is seasoned well, the ingredients are fresh and their salsa is actually spicy. GOOD Mexican food is impossible to find here in Denver but this is absolutely the exception! It’s worth the drive every time!

We hired Dos Manos to cater our swim team party. They did a fantastic job! The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone was saying how good it was and how generous the portions were! Jaime was so easy to work with. He always answered when I had to call him and he was quick to respond to my emails. He served over 100 people at my event and everyone walked away happy! I highly recommend Dos Manos and would hire them again!

I work locally at events this truck has stopped at. The only negative is that they don’t have a sit down restaurant for my family and I to be regulars at, (haha) Food so excellent it can’t be beat. Affordable, clean, exceptional service. You are part of the family with Jaime and his wife. So cool to see a wonderful family crushing it with their small business!

We hired Dos Manos food truck for my daughter’s wedding. I can not tell you how many people complimented the food, and went up for seconds and thirds. Jaime, the owner is not only professional, his food presentation is appealing, and he is an all around great guy. Jaime is very easy to communicate with, punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success.
