I’ve grown up going to Bruchi’s. I love Bruchi’s. This location is the most mismanaged fast food joint I’ve ever visited. I don’t know if they just don’t have a manager or they just don’t care, but over 50% of the time they get the order wrong and I’ve visited this location over 20 times. This last time on 2/18 finally got me to write a review. I ordered what I always order: two 12” steak classics, onions well done. Easy order. Sometimes the onions aren’t well done but whatever not a big deal. My last visit I received a steak deluxe and a chicken deluxe, not even close to what I ordered. This time I got two chicken classics, not even steak. It’s like they aren’t even trying. Sad that a Spokane area staple has fallen so far, can’t blame anyone but poor management as this is such a common occurrence at this location.

I visited this place for the first time today. The quality of the burger was garbage. Beyond it’s appearance (I unwrapped the burger to discover the bun barely surviving), the burger is almost too salty to eat. I did enjoy the fries though. In summation, there’s no reason to visit this establishment as better quality food exists elsewhere.

My family and I come here often. I always get the takeout order on the drive-through but will we get our three mushroom Swiss burgers with the sauces and it’s such a great value for a double cheeseburger each burger the total value is $21. I find that’s the most economical approach to fast food for my family and we love that it’s a Smashburger style. They are absolutely delicious. A big favorite highly recommend getting their double cheeseburgers, smash burger style.

I am absolutely mortified and disgusted. I threw up everywhere took a bite of my sandwich and inside of the sandwich was a very extremely long, black strand of hair. I took a live photo. You can see the meat swinging around from the string of hair unfortunately, you guys won’t be able to see the live photo just the still photo but this is so disgusting

Chicken Malibu is fantastic…. a word of advice the guy running the drive through needs retraining. Extremely rude, cut me off multiple times while I was talking, snappy short answers…. he looks like he crawled outa bed and came to work D- on professionalism I believe his name was Brent. You guys just about lost a long time customer due to this clown.

Who knew?! This Bruchi’s sells ice cream! Huckleberry for me today. I got the classic chicken and it was excellent. The same price as a burger but twice as good. The drive thru was quick and the girl at the window was super friendly. I highly recommend going here for lunch and more!

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. The bathroom and dining area was gross enough to have me leave and not risk getting sick here. Fairly new building with everyone standing around talking. Doesn’t even look like anyone has ever deep cleaned or even knows how to sanitize anything. There was even cob webs that were below the counter attached to the sign by the floor. Most unsanitary bathroom and dining area I’ve ever seen around the whole area. If this is how they clean or take care of a commercial space with many people visiting a day, I don’t wanna know how they clean their food prep areas. Absolutely disgusting.

Just had my first bad experience here. I absolutely love bruchis, but this experience just made me question ever going back. I ordered my food online at at 6:45pm. Got there and waited a hour and 20 mins to get my food, which was a 12″ meal lover and 7″ steak supreme. I get that things get busy. But people who showed up way after me, got there food before me. Where’s the order organization? And the worse part is my sub was cold like it just sat for 30 minutes. But my husband’s 12″ was nice and warm. Im so mad. We love bruchis but after this experience and service. They wont get our business again.

My family and I dined in for lunch this afternoon. There was a line and I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom but when I informed the woman behind the counter instead of the typical “thanks for letting me know” she immediately refilled it. The customer service is always really amazing here and we LOVE the fry sauce and the ranch!
