Food is good as always YOSHINOYA’S great recipe, I’m just not happy with their service, I usually leave positive reviews but unfortunately this time it’s gonna be disappointing.
Perhaps if there was a little more customers care and less hostility.

There is no problem with the food at all. It is all the same delicious taste that is expected for a Yoshinoya. My main concern was that the service was not pleasant at all. I was going to fill up a reusable water bottle with water after I ordered my meal and the cashier yailled at me with a very mean time of voice staying I couldn’t do that and I asked why I couldn’t get water and they said because it’s not one of their cups. Even though I was just getting water. When I asked for a water cup he said “there”

Yoshinoya definitely stepping up their game. They have a new extra large bowl. Before I would always get a combination bow but I would have to add a side of beef because the bowl was not enough for me. However this new extra large bowl hits the spot.

My family and I always come here and we also always place mobile orders.
I just placed a mobile order and i never had problems so I didn’t think i needed to check the bag. I get home, 15 minutes later. Ordered a combo XL and a regular bowl. How do you forget half of my order. Seriously. That’s another 15 to go back and come back, an hour in total till I get to sit down and actually eat. Sad.

I ordered the double protein ( double chicken ), it still seemed the same as the regulate large. I didn’t complain though . But I will say the young man that rang me up was nice , sorry I didnt get his name . The restaurant was clean really clean , also the young man didn’t just sit around between customers, he was wiping down tables . Foot traffic was slow so I say and enjoyed my meall

Helpful staff, reasonable prices, satisfactory food. They offered clam chowder and it wasn’t bad for fast food, though a little too salty for me however. The Chicken Teriyaki was good and if you buy an XL bowl, they give you the vegetables on the side. I may go back, if given the opportunity. I went out of my way to go to this location because it was rated higher on Yelp
