We had an excellent experience due to the service provided by our cashier/server, Joey H. He was patient and attentive. I was indecisive and he was patient in helping me make the right decision for meals. He also followed up to make sure the selection was sufficient and cleared our table area, in which I believe he did that on his break time. He provided exceptional service and displayed genuine care. He is to be commended.

I came here for breakfast and ordered my usual #5 with hot coffee, which I always love at Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the coffee was really bad this time — something I’ve never experienced before. After paying, the cashier just handed me a receipt, and everyone stood around the counter waiting for their food. Normally, you get a table locator so your meal is brought to you, but not here. The kitchen was extremely loud, with employees constantly shouting “bro! bro!”, which made the place feel like a cheap, noisy diner. I’ve always valued Chick-fil-A for its cleanliness, polite service, and delicious breakfasts, but this location completely disappointed me. I won’t be back.

This morning I ordered online for Mobile pick up 9:39 AM. I did not arrive until one hour later only for them to notify my order was canceled due to breakfast not being served anymore. I felt it was unprofessional to discard someone’s meal after it had already been made.
I also did not receive a “my pleasure” gesture from a team member approximately two weeks prior, and my receipt was labeled by what I had on instead of my actual name. So when it came to getting my order, the team member said my order instead of addressing me by name, which was confusing at the moment. Although I don’t have that proof it really happened. If I want to hear my order out loud, I will go to McDonald’s, but that is not the service I’m supposed to be giving at any Chick-fil-A location.
With that being said I am done with this location.

Extremely small dark chicken. I had to remove the bread to see it. Torn up pieces of cheese. Huge hunk of lettuce. The cobb salad was great. The iced tea and lemonade were both refreshing.

The food is always fresh and hot. I ate it all in the car before I even got home. Unlike other fast food places in Philadelphia, they do not charge extra for condiments. Unlike other fast food places, they treat you with respect like they want you as a customer. They are efficient and their line moves fast. If you want to be treated like a human being or at the very least, like a customer, bypass all of the other places and come here. They won’t charge $.35 for BBQ sauce. If you ask for extra there is no attitude. Like you’re a scum bag because you need more than one sauce for four chicken tenders. Sometimes I just head straight there knowing I will be treated better.

They’ve started charging drive thru customers an extra 10 cents for the bag??? That’s for both their convenience as well as ours so it makes no sense to charge customers for this.

I have been going to this chick-fil-a for years and the food can be so so but the customer service is always great. Tonight the person who took my order was down right rude. The young lady asked me for my name and she said everything but what I said. Then she proceeds to say I don’t know what you are saying in a nasty tone instead of just asking me to spell it. Her whole demeanor goes against what this company prides itself on.
