Delicious poutine with options for everyone! We enjoyed the Montreal full of brisket, pickled and Dijon mustard and the Veggie option. Both were full of incredible flavor. Opted for the small in the veggie and it certainly was plenty to enjoy! The drink menu was a little empty- wish they had some good local beers to compliment but other than that very tasty! Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

View was nice, food was nicer. Got the veggie poutine and they fried the egg sunny side up so if any of you folks don’t mess with no dip on your chip I suggest putting that little request to change that preemptively, again south bethlehem is no bad place but it could’ve been worse. I do like that it’s a corner restaurant so you do get a nice view of everything and the fries were really really good, maybe a little too salty but it’s cool, was worth the Sunday drive down.

Great and unique menu with options everyone can fin something to eat. Open concept kitchen, which is cool to see them preparing your food. Good music and atmosphere makes dinning in more enjoyable. Super friendly staff, everyone left full and happy!

I felt like I was back in Montreal….
Wow… great food eh!!
Seriously, the food was delicious.
I had the Canadian cow boy burger. Perfect mix of smoked meat and ground beef with the right amount of heat. The fries were the perfect finish to it.
My wife had the special, the rib poutine. Again, it was fantastic. It had the right ratio of fries, cheese curds, gravy and rib meat. The empty bowl at the end of the meal said it all.
It was our first meal there but most definitely not our last. Keep up the passion for your food. It shows.

10/10 taste and quality every time we order. It’s been at least 10 times. Last night we ordered online for delivery and got a phone call because they were out of the meat we chose. Whoever answered the phone was so patient and kind, giving us several different options to choose from, and sized up our orders for the inconvenience! A sweet surprise we did not know about until we got our order. I trust The Flying V to always deliver prime customer service and delicious, fresh food every time.

Super tasty poutine with rich gravy, and other than not being in a pan seems very authentic and similar to what I’ve experienced
Build your own or get one of many preselected options. Look for the specials on the wall too.
Recommend getting the small size unless you’re really hungry – it fills you up more than you realize.
Great clean bathrooms too.
Their lemonade is really good too, not too sweet and pairs well.

Exactly what I needed. Front of the house was super friendly. The hamburger had a deep spicy flavor, like the ground beef was actually spiced, not just the barbecue sauce. Fries were nice and crispy. If I was closer it would be a routine destination.

Was visiting my older son today who lives in the Lehigh Valley area(I’m from NY) & saw this gem as we were passing through town. He’s never had Pountine so I suggested we give it a shot. Friendly service from the moment we walked in until the time we left. One of the employees even took the time to share the store’s origin story with me which was great. I’m a big hockey fan so the atmosphere was top notch to me. Food was absolutely amazing. Great flavors, filling & aesthetically pleasing. Looking forward to swinging through next time I’m in town!

I’m from Northern New York State (where we’re Borderline Canadien) and I was on a self guided foodie tour from Southeastern Pennsylvania up to Northeastern Pennsylvania. After recently being denied access to Canada I decided I had to make a stop here to try some Montreal Smoked Meat and their Poutine. The Montreal Smoked Meat was PHENOMENAL and Authentic! The Poutine was really good and the gravy wasn’t just plain beef. Was the Poutine Quebecois?… not from my experience but still Authentic Canadian. The restaurant is amazingly designed and decorated and the staff was wonderful! If I were to go again I would ask them to hold the salt on the fries, the gravy has enough for me personally. My only critique would be that the Cheese Curds could have been more fresh and local. I like mine extra squeaky! I highly recommend this place and I really hope to be able make it back again one day.
