You might want to change your hours or be aware when none of your workers show up. Saturday its after 5am and no one is here…so 430 opening isnt accurate and apparently you dont know when your store isnt opened on time.
Also if the app says drink ready in 3-6 minutes…and 20min later the Barista just stares at you…making 0 drinks. They’d rather talk to a customer the entire time than make drinks for order ahead customers. 3 employees…all talking. No one making drinks… When you finally stand up and ask, it turns out, they are out of your drink.And your cup has been sitting here empty. The last three times you ask about when you could get served. Unbelievably horrible service. But i’m so glad the employees soon have such a great time ignoring people

This location in Perkins Rowe is very clean, and the staff is always quick to get the orders out. Pumpkin loaf was exceptional, as was the pumpkin, cream cheese muffin. Matcha latte was FIYA. Definitely the location to frequent on that side of town.

Great venue, very welcoming atmosphere, super clean, with spacious indoor seating, outside seating, and free parking. Excellent to grab coffee and either a savory or sweet treat, and have an enjoyable me-time or meet with a couple of friends. Fast service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

One of the best thing that you need to do if you want to relax and don’t want to wait in a queue as to order on the Starbucks app.
One of my favourites item is to order tea chai latte with milk foam, whole milk, 5 pumps of Chai extra hot, no water
Cafe latte with milk foam whole milk, double espresso shots, extra hot with two sugar.
Warmed up cheese, Danish warmed up butter. Croissant, warmed up banana nut loaf.
Cheese grilled sandwich is the top notch.
We enjoyed the chai tea latte and the cafe latte the most that we kept on repeating order. It was 3 cups each.
The staff is polite and friendly. The service is quick. Best thing that you have ordered online so once your order is ready, they keep it aside and they call your name, so you can pick it up And enjoy the meal.
I really like the place because of the cool environment very good, silent ambience and good hospitality. Five Star.

The service is def noticeable, seems like helping customers is not a priority at this store and just zero sense of urgency. People are on lunch breaks or coming before work, waiting almost 25-30 minutes for a drip coffee is unreal.

This has to be the absolute WORST Starbucks in the city of Baton Rouge. Service seems to be on spaz at all times. Right now my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. The color is clear they do not follow company standards. I have to stop coming here for the convenience of location because the angst of service is far greater than the benefit of proximity. Sandwich was ready on time which meant cold food if waiting for my drink. Epic disappointment!
