Been going to this location consistently for a few years now. Today was my last time. Orders not consistent and a lot of times order comes out incorrect. When prices keep going up, the lack of consistency and increased number of incorrect orders is very frustrating. My orders come out satisfactory only about 50% of the time. This used to be my favorite food place and I would recommend it to so many people but I will no longer be a customer and no longer recommend tropical smoothie Cafe. I’ve noticed a significant decline the last 2-3 months. Hope they can figure it out!

Not a great first impression. Got two orders out of 4 wrong and one burnt ciabatta sandwich. The Buffalo chicken wrap didn’t look too appealing but the taste was not bad. Both wraps had a very small portion of chicken. Next time I know to pay for extra meat so it can fill in the wrap as I had expected. What I did enjoy was the taste of the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and the different menu options. I will let a couple of weeks pass by before I give it a second chance.

Went there this past weekend and got the green smoothie. It was really refreshing. It seems they have variety of smoothie and sandwiches. I will go back to try them.

UPDATE: there’s been a change of staff/management I’m not sure exactly but it’s awful. After politely asking for resolution (person on apologetic & accomodating) on an inedible smoothie & having an unprofessional experience when I went to resolve said issue in store as discussed on —I won’t be going here anymore. Sad bc I went at least once a day or sent my husband. Hope the owner looks into this. Very sad. It was an amazing run for a few months.
To be snarky over 1 coupon for someone that orders daily in store or DD (at marked up prices at that) seems utterly asinine for business revenue. Enjoy the transient, non-repeat business.

i got tropical smoothie cafe a week ago and they had their normal portion sizes i get some today (new acai bowl with nutella, buffalo chicken wrap) they both r way smaller than they were before, half the food for the same price? and im not imagining it bc ive gotten the same order so many times before, and im also not fat and imagining my food being smaller bc im bigger, i do have a big appetite tho and this is not filling me up

I had gone to tropical yesterday (Feb 7th 2024)after a long day, all I ordered was a kiwi quencher for dinner. And I had gone drive thru which was fine but the first employee that took my order was nice at first and she was the one that told me “I will be bringing your smoothie soon” and then when they gave me my smoothie it was a second employee mind you the smoothie is $7 almost $8 and it’s a big size smoothie and when they gave it to me there was a big chunk of product missing when normally they fill it up all the way. I kindly returned my smoothie and ask for them to fill it up which the second employee said yeah I can fill it up. Then the first employee that took my order appeared on the window again and the second employee as well and I could tell they were talking among each other while holding the smoothie that I had returned and the second employee gave it to the first employee that attended me and I guess she wasn’t counting on me looking and all she did was shake the cup so I didn’t notice that there was still a big chunk missing. And then she proceeded to hand it to me which I ended up putting it in my cup holder and opening it in front of her to see how much they had filled it up and it wasn’t much from what it initially was already missing and I turned to look at the first employee which she had shaken the cup and she was avoiding eye contact, and I drove away because I really had a long day and I was counting on tropical because they make great smoothies but I don’t think that it’s fair to be cheating their customers on something they paid for just because they don’t want to fill it up. I don’t recommend this location at all.
