The atmosphere was excellent. A bit loud, but not unpleasant. The restrooms were clean. This restaurant is family and kid friendly. They have lunch specials where you can get free game play. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that a spider fell from the ceiling and landed on our table (see the attached photo). I told our waitress about it and she apologized, but she left the dead spider on our table. I was hoping she would have cleared the table of the dead spider. I understand that we are in the desert, but I wonder how clean the restaurant is. The restroom was clean, so I assume that the kitchen is probably clean as well. Overall, I would recommend this place and would go back again.

I brought a group of 8 to eat out. Honestly I’ve been here a couple times and every time the service is either slow or not that great of a vibe. This time it was great being taken care of by Haylee. She was on top of all questions my grandparents had, got our order in correctly and out evidently. If I can request a server when eating there she would be my go to.
I personally liked the appetizers as well as the voodoo pasta. I hope that helps as far as the food review goes.

The foods standard chain fare. The beer selection is eh. Lots of times when I play and need a beer or food I tip on out to the Yard House. When it first opened it was all good. Now when I walk in it’s a chore to find who’s working the bar. Forget about a hostess greeting you or a dedicated server sometimes when I go there there’s one person wearing all thee hat unfortunately. I love claw machines and they dont service the claw mechanisms. I used to clean out the machines and give out whatever I win to the audience of random kids that would watch me pillage plushies. I used to enjoy taking request or enlightening them where to aim the claw. Now they’re like every other claw machine in this valley. A sham to rob children of what they have to play with. Shame on yall. But hey half off busted games sorely in need of maintenance Sunday through Thursday at D And B.
Update 1-26-2026: A bot response. None of you could be bothered with a human response. SMH. Your corporate form didn’t even gimme enough characters to express my disgust. Yall still ripping off children in this wild and uncertain world. Keep it up Davey.

I have to share my experience, I visited this establishment on 2/6 for my sister’s 9th birthday. Our waitress was awesome. My issue was I used the restroom and was alone (27 female under 100lbs) and there two sides to the bathroom and I enter the left side, I see ALL the stalls are open so I choose one. Immediately as my door closed the door right next to me opened which I thought was odd, out of all the stalls they chose the one right next to me? It was weird. They finish before me and as I exit my stall and face the mirror I see a heavy set man with a mustache and chin length hair washing his hands. I stopped in my tracks just stunned and then was hit was tons of emotions, fear being primary followed by violated and betrayed. I DID NOT consent to a man invading my privacy in a WOMANS space. We told the security guard and first sentence was, “well this is California” even though he did say he’d look for the guy, nothing could be done. So BE AWARE of this establishment, the security said he believed it may be a regular. Always go to the bathrooms in pairs and always watch your children!! Too many freaks in this world and we need to make sure WE, women are protected.

My husband and I had dinner there last night 02/15 and had a server name Gabbs. She was nice at first, we put in our dinner order and after 35-40 minutes we had not received our food or the server had stop by to give us an update. Once she realized we kept looking back towards the kitchen area she stopped doing roll ups to let us know the mini burgers had fell and they were redoing them. After another 10-12 minutes our food came out. The wings were mid warm and the steak salad looked horrible!!! The steak was cold, dry and sorta gray looking. Server dropped off food and was gone by the time I looked up. Gabbs did not once give an apology or seemed like she even cared. We called over the nice young kid that was serving the long booth tables in front of us and to our sides and he was very apologetic and asked if we wanted something new. He even said the salad looked bad. We saw the young man let GABBS know and she stayed doing roll ups. Instead of coming up to us and having the same response as the young man she never came back until the end to give us our bill and let us know she removed the salad and burgers from the bill. We always understand that servers and back of the house make mistakes and we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but her disgusting attitude and the “ I don’t give a crap” attitude “ was uncalled for. After we payed she walked away and said something low. GABBS should be trained and learn customer service if she wants to be a server. If I was a secret shopper I would score the food and the server a big 0! As a server myself I would be embarrassed & apologetic. It was not busy also.

If you are in the Coachella Valley, then Dave and Busters is a great place to stop by. A lot of fun playing games with family. Kids love redeeming tickets for prizes. Price for games is a little high for some of the games. Staff is very responsive to fix machines. Food is good, mainly appetizers. I’ve seen families host parties here too. Also great way to get out of the heat in the summer.

The atmosphere was very upbeat. We were sitted right away. To start of our server ask for our drinks send someone else to bring them to our table so of course they were wrong. Then she came back and took our order. And again someone else dropped it off so we really couldn’t tell her that it was missing some items we ordered. So we waited for our server to pass by to let her know what was wrong. Minutes later our items arrived. The price was high for the quality of food. Not quiet what we expected.

This place is awful! Starting with a pregnant host who doesn’t do a good job by assigning tables to their servers. She didn’t say hi to us, no smile, and had an attitude.
Even though a few boothes were available, we were seated at the high chair table, and guess what? No one took our drinks or order for more than twenty-five minutes. I came to the host to find out what’s wrong? She wasn’t happy that I interrupted her chat on her phone and ran fast to the kitchen and disappeared there.
As a result, we decided to go to The Yard House in order to have a good experience. In conclusion, we will never be back and would not recommend this terrible place to anyone!

I am writing to formally complain about a very frustrating experience at Dave & Buster’s.
I drove over an hour to your location with my children specifically because I had two free coupons. Upon arrival, staff refused to honor the coupons. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have made the trip at all.
This was a major inconvenience, a waste of time and gas, and extremely disappointing — especially with kids involved. Nothing about the coupons indicated they would not be accepted, and no reasonable alternative or solution was offered at the location.
This situation feels like misleading advertising, and it reflects poorly on your brand. I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, such as honoring the coupons, providing replacement free play cards, or issuing a refund/credit.
I hope this can be resolved promptly. I would appreciate a response letting me know how this will be handled.
