This evening we decided to try Ocean Social at the NOBU Hotel for a light dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant offers a gorgeous ocean view, and we were lucky enough to catch the sunset while dining, which made the entire experience feel extra special and relaxing.
We ordered the calamari and the apple salad, and both dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The service was also very good—friendly, attentive, and incredibly fast. It was clear that the staff were efficient and committed to making sure everything went smoothly.
The only downside was the 22% service charge, which felt a bit high compared to other places.
Other than that, everything else was good. We’re glad we came down for a light meal and got to enjoy such a beautiful setting and great food. A perfect spot if you’re staying at the hotel and want something scenic, relaxed, and tasty without having to go far. Highly recommend for a casual ocean-view dining experience!

Overall we had a great experience. The food was tasty and the service was good throughout our visit. Portions were a bit small, but still enjoyable. Being right by the beach makes it a really nice spot to stop for a bite and a drink. I’d come back!

Eden Roc hotel in the back left. Ocean Social is wonderful. Love this place with a view of the beach and hotel yard. Get your valet ticket before going. The food is so good!! Umm!!! The atmosphere is outside, cool breeze and great food smell. Even when hot outside, the restaurant has fans to cool you. No worries. The manager is so cool. You can walk to the beach after a meal.

We decided to give this place a try despite the mixed reviews but honestly, we should’ve listened. The salad was just okay, edible, but nothing special. Bae didn’t enjoy his steak at all, and the fries were cold and not fresh when they first came out. We sent them back and thankfully received a better batch the second time.
What really threw us off was the automatic 22% gratuity added to the bill without any notice. To be honest, the service didn’t reflect that kind of tip. On top of that, both the food and drinks felt overpriced for the quality we received.

The place is so beautiful and it gives one of the best views in Miami. The picture perfect view plus most delicious food combined makes a great and enjoyable experience. Service is excellent, especially Mytzie, our hostess was so welcoming, she remembered our names and was so friendly each time we visited. Milos and Daphne gave great recommendations and service, and Flavio was wonderful to chat with, he made us feel special. Thank you guys for making this so memorable for us!
