Pretty good sandwich. Kind of busy, but that’s hardly their fault. Restroom definitely needed attention, but considering how busy the employees were, and how much attention it needed, I can only offer my condolences to them for having to eventually clean it. I’m sure it is cleaner at other times.

We try every 6 months, and it just gets worse. So severely understaffed that you will never get your order on time, no matter when you place the order. There was no avacado, and half the veggies. Pretty sad for $16! There is no way to get a refund if you pay in the app. I feel super bad for the staff!

Delicious, satisfying turkey sub w/ bacon, avocado, etc—new sandwich menu!!! Quick, friendly, & professional staff, Mikala & Ramirez. Came here yesterday evening, really appreciated the staff’s attention to detail & HARD work back by those hot ovens no less!! I’m sure once the owner has the A.C . repaired (I hope this week?,) it will be an inviting place to sit down to a meal-Since I saw these staffs’ integrity working so hard in that heat, I left a tip more than double the cost of my sandwich. I hope everyone tips & appreciates them.

Extremely slow service and they allegedly refuse cash, which is not legal (“this note is legal tender for all debts public and private”).. the lettuce was brown, I would not eat here either

The absolute worst Subway I have visited in 20 years. Inside and outside was FILTHY. 2/3 doors did not work. Coolers/shelves barely stocked. Oven not on, cold sandwich only. Was told not to come in until 12, when the store opened at 10, and hours said 9. Employee, yes the single employee, blamed the owner for bad policy. Owner has more than one store in town. There is ZERO excuse for this level of franchise neglect. Corporate should pull their license, valley Sonic-style. They are a blemish on the subway brand, which is…the subway brand. Not saying much. Visited on July 2023. Cannot forget the bad experience.

Pretty sure the girl with blue streaks in her hair purposely messes up online orders because maybe because she doesn’t want to do them? That’s the only reason I could think of because how could you make a sandwich that bad? Have made two online orders within the past couple weeks and both have been awful. Pathetic amount of meat, extra of the things I said I wanted less of, and leaving out a few ingredients. Was super disappointed.

In town for work and ordered online. Got there, waited in line and then was told that he couldnt make our food. I said we Ordered online, he said sorry, nothing he could do. Made food for the people in front of us and told us to leave. The guy looked extremely stressed out and completely under staffed. I was willing to wait but seamed like he was trying to shut the store down at 12:30 pm. No food no refund.

I placed an online order for pickup at the Lincoln city Subway. I went to pick it up and there as no subs in bag. The Worker said that he was out of steak and could not make my subs, he said he could make other subs but my family wanted steak subs. I asked for a refund and he said he could not give me one. He told me to go to the other subway in town and bring my printed receipt and they could make my subs with steak. I stated how odd I thought that was and it did not seem like a good solution and again I asked for a refund. He told me he would not refund my money. I then drove to the other subway and they did not make my subs either. They were also out of steak. The other store didn’t give me a refund either. He did give me a subway phone number to call which doesn’t have a way to get a refund. I never got subs or my money back. I was charged $39.75 and never got anything in return. I went back a couple days later to the subway I had ordered from, since we were leaving town and he could not give a refund once again. Worker had me talk to a Ring camera, saying that the owner would see it, not sure what could that will do. I just want my money back. We were traveling and do not live in the town where I ordered these subs, so I am writing here in hopes that I can have a refund issued. This experience was completely ridiculous- literally the worst experience.

Second time going and still have never eaten there. First time air conditioning was out, and they had giant fans blowing. It was hot and stuffy, so we left. Second time, we were told they had no meat except for turkey. Will not go back.
