My family and I wanted to have a quick dinner, when we got home with our food my partner and I found hairs in every aspect of our food except for our daughter’s kids meal, we also found hairs in our napkins of all places. We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the food and frankly we will not be ordering from there anymore. The staff were nice but were not wearing the proper PPE for working in a fast food chain.

Stopped for breakfast, firstly the app would not respond at payment screen, staff member suggested it was our internet!
Finally ordered via the website, waited 20 min while waiting we ‘admired’ the state of the windows and mirrors in the place, nothing like being cleaned with a dirty rag!
Could not hear the staff member calling ‘online order’ because the music was blaring in store, got out breakfast and ventured to our car, upon opening our turkish roll burger was not toasted, egg was like a hockey puck. We watched as she lifted the hash browns from the oil….they were literally cold! Not the best feed and certainly not the best store!

Everytime I come here the drive through is full of cars at a standstill, there’s always at least a minimum ten minute wait, the store is run by young teenagers who all look really confused, many of them just standing around. Not really fast food if it’s taking 10-30 minutes is it? Train your staff better and hire someone who knows what they are doing and has time management skills.

I am not sure what’s going on. The staff looks exhausted. Notice says only a few items available.(it’s ok but really sad the welcome we got) it’s like we were there and no one cares. We just ordered chops and coffee. Coffee was good. That’s why some stars are here. Unfortunately service was not that level. The outside was so slippery after cleaning. Not even a sign there.

very cold in the store, food took over 15 minutes as my order was apparently big and anyone else who came in got priority over me until I asked where my order was!! drinks sat on the bench the whole time and weren’t replaced after 15 minutes but was met with theres nothing wrong with them

This store doesn’t deserve any stars. The toilets were disgusting, tables inside were greasy & dirty, even the windows sills had not been wiped for months, old dried chips & food everywhere.

The worst hungry jacks we’ve every been to. 30 minutes wait in drive through, over 10 cars stuck in drive through. Taking forever to take each order. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Worst service. Hire more staff or staff that actually know how to work. Pathetic- Zero stars
