Wow is all I bc a say, I called pizza guys a few days after we ordered them for the first time I got their stuffed crust with two toppings, sausage and chicken. It tasted and looked like the pizza wasn’t fully cooked and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked , after a few bites on the first slice I had to toss the pizza for safety reasons. A few days later today 2/3/2026 I called and Alex the manager answered and immediately have me attitude. I called telling about the said pizza and I even said I’m not calling to get anything I just wanted to tell you about the pizza. And he immediately said well you’re not getting anything for free. And then said if you didn’t call and leave notes I can’t do anything, which is understandable and that’s why I’m calling to leave notes. And he said with an attitude you call now a week later now that you want free food. At this point I’m flabbergasted and in shock. I ask for his name and that I will be disputing it with my bank. First and last time eating here, I do not recommend this kind of customer service. If someone has a bad experience, take their experience, the job doesn’t need your feelings or excuses do your job. I ordered pizza and it wasn’t to my liking. I should be able to call and say hey can I get a remake or credit for a new one next time. Alex should not be in charge if this is how he treats customers who make sure the business is running. My hard earned money is worth more than his attitude.

I did an online order. The food was so bomb! They order was ready when It said it would be. The employees were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. For it to be a Saturday night they were on the ball and didn’t seem stressed out. They had 4 people come in for orders in my 5 minute visit. I definitely will be eating here again! We got 1 extra cheese, 1 sausage and pepperoni, 1 Hawaiian, penne pasta, garlic cheese bread, boneless wings and jalapenos poppers!!! Yummy to the fullest.

Ordered a Chicken Pesto pizza that we always order. It showed up just cheese. Nothing else! When I called to get it resolved they were NO help. Told me I ordered it wrong. It shows exactly what I ordered on my receipt. I ordered it the same exact way I always do. Probably won’t be back. At least not to this location.

The food is so delicious! The prices, combos, and deals are wonderful! However, the customer service is not great. There was an employee that was only entertaining customers that were picking up their orders, and kept telling us they were too busy to take our order. As a result we left. We were disappointed because of how tasty their food is and how excited we were.

Customer service leaves something to be desired, I was the only customer there, but felt I was being rushed to order. When the girl gave me my pizza, I said “thankyou”, and she literally turned her back without saying anything.
It felt odd there was no music or anything, I could hear the staff talking and complaining about deliveries that had to be made.

First time experiencing this establishment. All I can say is thank you!!! Only ordered your wings after a horrendous day, to be delivered, and right from ordering by phone to asking questions, excellent, excellent service. The gal that took the call was amazing! She took her time with me and answered all my questions with personality plus. My order was received quickly, tasty beyond belief, and by a gentleman who also was also amazing. We will definitely be back and next time to dine in. Thank you again!

I would give 5 stars but, unfortunately, the person I spoke with over an important omission on a pizza was not helpful and made me feel like it was my fault. We order from Pizza Guys at least once a week and have since they opened. My husband stops on his way home from work and picks it up and it’s always ready…..always very good. Last night I placed an order online for one of their extra large “Crispy Club” specialty pizzas which we’ve had before and enjoyed. Whilst eating this pizza, we noticed there was no flavor and we couldn’t figure out why since all the cheese was melted and we didn’t study it in length. Today I took 2 slices for lunch and heated them in the microwave and, since I don’t overly heat them, I was able to tell (after picking it apart) that the white garlic sauce had been left off. I called them to let them know what happened and the man who came to the phone told me it’s a white sauce like I probably just don’t see it or something. He told me to bring the pizza in and he would look at it and, if he doesn’t see any garlic white sauce he can “maybe” refund half the cost. It’s a little bit of a drive for us and I told him I could not do that at this time and he got defensive and said I should’ve brought it back last night. Well, we didn’t realize the sauce was missing last night as I had explained. It would have been nice to have, at least, gotten an “I’m sorry for the mistake”. His bad customer service and lack of people skills when things weren’t going smoothly are not how you get or keep customers who were happy with pizzas in the past. Sadly, because of his attitude, we will probably not be back which is a shame because the pizza is usually very good.
