Ordered a thin crust , hand tossed and cheesy bread all 3 were under cooked and raw dough on more than half the pizza. Manager then wanted us to bring the pizza back for compensation. I order pizzas for my students every other week. They have a school special pricing menu and honor my tax exempt. SSPizza is consistent with each order- baked and never too brown on the bottom, enough cheese and pepporoni,etc. I usually order 9 pies. Pizza is delicious!

Arrived quick and looked great. But upon attempting to actually eat the pizza, it was a mess. Not really cut, unable to get them apart and it was a greasy mess. Pepperoni was a bit better. Taste was decent, will try to thin crust next time and hope it’s a bit better to handle.

Ordered take out and ordered extra sauce for my calzone. I got two 2oz cups of sauce for a large calzone. The outside looked good but it was greasy and cold in the middle. There was more dough than anything else (added mushrooms). Not a huge fan.

The owner did add a $15 credit to my account. I placed a delivery order for a large mushroom pizza, a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a 2 liter of coke. Again the 2 topping pizza was great but the mushroom was short on cheese again. Google won’t allow me to upload pics from this order to show. I will order again because of the owner’s immediate response to the issue, but will order light sauce in the future.
First time ordering from here. Website is easy to navigate. The delivery driver was awesome. Super friendly and doubled checked to make sure my order was complete with my extra garlic sauce.
The kid’s pizza (pepperoni and sausage) came out great. My children said it was the best pizza ever. The dessert pie was delicious and came with more than enough icing. However, my small mushroom pizza was disappointing. As you can see from the pictures, there was barely any cheese on the pizza! There was, however, an absurd amount of sauce. I usually order light sauce, but chose not to for this order because everyone in my neighborhood said how everything was great about them, including sauce ratio. It held true for the big pizza. Needless to say, my pizza was not satisfying.
Was really hoping this would be my go-to place, but I don’t think it will be. Not saying I won’t order from here in the future, but weekly Friday night pizza won’t be ordered from here.

Go with your gut and save your money!! We ordered from South Shore Pizza again against our better judgment and sure enough they messed up our order again. We ordered from them for the first time about a month ago. The food was awesome. All of the menu items we ordered were good! We enjoyed it so much that we ordered from them again a couple weeks later. Unfortunately, the food then was not as good nor was it correct. We did not complain because we were hungry and just wanted to eat. We decided to give them another try this evening. I was a tad skeptical, but my son loves the mac and cheese bowl… so we gave it another go. An hour after placing our order our food arrived. I asked for no bacon on my son’s mac and cheese bowl… bacon was on it. I asked for no ranch and to add lettuce on my sub…I received a skimpy sub with ranch and no lettuce. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub… and there were pieces of beef in it. There can’t be any quality control on what leaves that store. Can’t be. We have been looking for a go to spot in this area… but this isn’t it!! They won’t get another dime from us.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but when you stop caring about your product someone needs to let you know. Very disappointing. Ordered a mushroom and onion pizza with extra cheese and here is what I got, a sad excuse for a pizza made by someone with better things to do. The cheese was skimpy, def not extra cheese. Mushrooms and onions were scarce. Not sure what they are saving them up for but didn’t put them on my pizza. Was excited to try this for football on Sunday but sadly it was a total bust. Won’t be going back anytime soon if ever. Bad thing was we had to eat it because we were sooo hungry. With so many choices around us we are glad that other folks in the pizza biz care much much more about what they are sending out the door.

The “atmosphere” is not what you go there for. Our pizza and cheese sticks were fresh, tasty, and hot. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a “mom and pop” shop experience.

CALLED The manager Kaitlyn she did nothing but be argumentative, down right rude, even HUNG UP ON ME.
