For context, this is my second trip to the “south” (first time was 20+ years ago). Everywhere we drove in Atlanta I saw the iconic “Waffle House” signage so it seemed fitting to experience it at least once. The service was friendly welcoming us in and finding seats quickly. Our waitress was primed to take out order but we weren’t ready. Luckily I researched Waffle House history. We opted for a hash brown bowl with eggs and cheese (sausage) and a waffle with pecans. Service is super-speedy. Price is very very reasonable. Quantity of food served (a lot). As a picky eater I would have liked a more crisp waffle and crunchier hash browns. Store number 1xx out of ~1,900 was efficient with a cohesive and happy team of cooks and servers.

What’s with the service charge and Togo fee ??
I didn’t door dash or uber eats…. Dirty, on the receipt doesn’t show what I ordered. Charge extra 4.40 but yet want a tip. How’s that even fair ?? Employees are doing with corporate asking them to do. Any chain food quality is down grade when it comes to tasking the menu. Where is my side of bacon ?? Where is the meat ?? I didn’t asked for additional hash brown…….

Very good Waffle house to go to. Very clean and friendly staff. They are near the Company HQ, so they are fully staffed and in tip top shape. Plenty of parking. Right off I85. There are a couple of EV chargers that you can use while enjoying a meal.

Had the chicken sandwich meal with hash browns..sandwich was ok, the hash browns was barely cooked, cold, not good at all..ordered while I sat in the car, only had 2 active tables four customers total, food was late, they never made the order until I came in and asked for it and they rushed to cook it, and it showed in the finished product smh what was keeping them from working, no excuse. Unsatisfied customer will not want to see them during high volume hrs.
