The brochure doesn’t match the actual property… I went hungry. I read the reviews. And I am disappointed. The pictures and descriptions had me jumping up and down for delicious flavors. I got elevated Taco Bell.
I bought cheese and steak with two sad tomatoes on a bed of browning lettuce with a squirt of sour cream for $12 plus tip. Needed more freshness…. More tomatoes or cilantro or both…. Definitely depended heavily on the salsa to make the bite work.

This is our favorite Mexican food truck in town. It is parked across from Menards in Brooklyn Park. We stop here for a quick most authentic Mexican food almost every time we visit Menards. Senior Benjamin is the friendliest cook we have ever met, we always try practicing our minuscule Spanish and he always plays along. They make burritos really fast and by far, their burritos taste better than Chipotle’s. Their burritos are packed with fresh flavorful Ingredients, with meats that are well marinated and seasoned to perfection. You can eat right there under the shade of the tree or take your order to go and eat at home. Their portions are huge! One burrito can easily feed two people.

We tried Tacos Chuntaro for the first time today, and we will definitely be back. We ordered the taco specials, one with chicken and one with steak. Both were wonderful and came with rice and beans. We also tried the elote cup – delicious. The staff were super friendly. Can’t wait to try more on the menu.

The food was of high quality and the meat was hot.
Homemade salsas were excellent.
I am confident in the cleanliness and hygiene of the truck.
Only recommendation I have is to spruce up the landscaping in front of the truck.
Some sod, bushes, and a picnic table would make it a prime summer spot.
