First off I love this Taco Bell. They care about their customer service and the quality of the food they put out. I ordered the veggie bowl with chicken & no rice. Freakin delicious! My favorite employee is Axel. He is kind, funny & is fun to talk to while waiting for my order. Tonight I ordered online to pick up inside just so I could go inside and say hello to him. The store was clean and I was happy to see many employees making food and not just one person. That’s why the restaurant is my favorite in the area. It’s quick & the quality is above any other fast food restaurant I frequent. Thank the employees from me and let them know that we see them and ALL their good work matters & it shows! Added review…. Cantina crispy chicken tacos made with fresco are delicious. The loaded beef nachos on the value menu are amazing. I swapped beef and refried beans for black beans. Delish!

It would help a lot if they were to clean the place up. The employees seemed very tired and unhappy to be there. I did not get my food as I ordered.Happens in fast food drive through . In the past, Taco Bell had always been a good fast food place to eat this visit.I will try them again later.

Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos, got one spicy potato soft taco and got 2 tortillas wrapped around eachother. Not sure why but it seems to be a pattern at this store when you order more than 3 items to either not get a full order or get the wrong item. Consistent mistakes. Attitude when asked for issues to be resolved.

I ordered a five layer burrito with chicken and at first it was tasted really good and I got to the middle and something hard was in it. I spit it out and it looked like a nail or a hard piece of dead skin. I came completely un glued because that just shows how dirty that whole burrito was and how much I just ate of it!!!! that should be a health code violation right there that’s absolutely disgusting so I really hope whoever is in charge of this place talks to the people that were working tonight because that’s literally crazy and disgusting. Whatever that was it was not food and I was sharing that burrito with my four-year-old you guys are gonna get somebody sick serving food like that and you guys are really lucky that I’m already in bed or I would be pulling up on some crazy shit

They celebrated how they were able to get the order for both people into one box, but all three of the crispy tacos were crushed and came in two to four pieces, making them unable to be eaten in the car. We also didn’t get very many napkins, only two, which may have been okay if our food hadn’t come in salad form and then without utensils. The food wasn’t hot, it was barely room temperature. Pretty disappointing.

Cashier named Jodeci got all bent over me asking how fresh her chalupa were and when I got a answer back it was with the biggest nasty response. Then I proceed to tell her #6 chicken no tomatoes/ sour cream. She got nastier when I had to remind her chicken. So when I got to the window I felt lik3 something was off and what do.u know my food was only chicken and sour cream. And a little baby taco that was crushed. I will.never go back to that place and if we’re manager I would of sent her home at the very minimum. I worked at this same franchise and get it how things don’t always get right. But there’s a fine line between accidentally and intentionally sabotage your food. Either way this lady i talked to needs to not be In this industry if that’s how she decides to talk with any customer that upsets her. Customer service poor at best. Do better Jodeci, R

Walked in on my 30 min lunch ordered with 2 workers behind counter, one walked to the back and the lady with pink hair stood and texted for 10 minutes no aknowlegement, until the worker on the window asked what i was waiting on. Once they started my food they were in such a rush my food wasnt even done cheese wasnt melted the flatbread was barely even warm. If youre going to stand around for 10 minutes please take your time and dont undercook the food when you finally do decide to do your job

No one available to take our order. Waited 10 minutes and didn’t even have anyone acknowledge us. We were hungry so instead of leaving we decided to use the kiosk to order. 50 clicks later and our order was finally placed. Waited to 10 mins for food, and then had an employee come ask us if we had gotten our food yet. Weird. You can see us sitting at the table with clearly no food. Disgusting lobby, 90% of the tables dirty and the place is empty. I remember when this was a decent fast food place, I’m afraid those days have passed. Someone should have a serious conversation with the person running this joint. I’d be appalled if I owned this location.
