Tried to order a double cheese burger with McDonald sauce and shredded lettuce. Said the could not do that. Served plain with side of mcsauce. Been buying with mcsauce and shredded lettuce for years. Employees English so bad you could not understand them. Worst food ever served. No more for me.

If you want to be surprised almost every time you go through a drive thru… This is definitely the place for you. We have actually gotten what we ordered 25% of the time at this location. One time I actually got a big Mac with no meat on it and another time I got a 10 piece nugget box full of big Mac sauce instead of chicken. I’m not even sure if some of it is incompetence or practical jokes at this point.

Horrible service. Horrible workers. The latte machine is never working. It’s 6 am. People need coffee! Wait forever for food! And still missing items in bag. Just got straight to Dunkin INSTEAD people. I would drive to another McDonald’s further away from my home then coming here.

WORST McDonalds ever…
Unfortunately this relatively new McDonalds has been the absolute worst since it was built.
The staff is more often than not, rude, completely unmotivated, lacks COMPLETE attention to detail… almost every order I have ever placed here has been wrong.
Pic is of the burger I requested through a delivery app for “no pickles, no onions”. Shows up like this. Someone went out of their way to make this wrong. Oh yeah, and I can’t show you the fries because they never showed up.
I wish there was an @corporate feature here, because this place needs some SERIOUS leadership. I’ve noticed the deflated look on the faces of the workers many times… and almost always, I have seen interactions of the leadership being completely dismissive, angry and belittling towards the normal staff.
Having managed large teams in the military and civilian service sectors… the problem is 100% with the leadership staff here. Maybe not all of them, but definitely 90% of them.
Someone come SAVE this place and the poor workers who might actually still care about the work they do there.

tryna tell me this isn’t the sandwich makers fault. stuck up teenagers working and handling food. as a person who has worked in a restaurant WITH someone who worked at MCDONALDS. you remake it, you don’t serve someone cold food knowingly.

Every time I come here, something is wrong or broken. Tonight’s issue was the outside drive-thru lane. It’s not picking cars up. After sitting there and two cars rolling through the inside lane, I drove all the way around to get into the inside Lane. By then a line had built up of three cars. All I ordered was just two chicken sandwiches, the sandwiches only. No drinks, no fries and nothing special on them. Even though they are super slow at this time, they didn’t have any meat ready for the chicken sandwiches so I had to pull forward a good ways and wait. I would love to see a brand new McDonald’s like this one actually run efficiently.
Update: They must’ve taken the chicken from the freezer straight to the frier. I can’t chew it towards the center nor tear it apart towards the middle.

Been l over a year since we’ve been to the Golden Arches… not the McDonald’s of childhood memories. But, we decided to come for the Grinch meal- food is as gross as ever, not even fresh nastiness but cold and old. No customer service to speak of at this place! To top it off, the first day of the release and they were out of the pickle mcshaker salt. I could have spent much less for much better food elsewhere.

Got Parked in curbside from drive thru but their curbside spaces were all full so I waited about an hour because they couldn’t find me got cold food and waited forever thanks. Don’t park curb if it’s full that’s yalls bad not mine lol no apology either
