The employees here accept for the young lady that usually does mornings are awful. The older asian man is rude, and if you ask for light ice, doesn’t even fill your drink up. The older Latino man is condescending and rude any chance he gets if you ask him basic questions about the menu.

I went to this restaurant and it was so nice , the ambience was so welcoming and everyone was smiling . My food was fresh and hot will definitely be coming back here again I ordered 2 bacon king meals and the large fries and the fries were so hot very worth it !!!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing woman working the counter tonight July 20/2025 around 6:30 PM. After 15 years of coming to this Burger King, this was the first time we’ve truly felt welcomed. She was fast, friendly, and even greeted us with a genuine smile when we walked in—something that’s become way too rare these days.
Customer service like that is hard to come by anymore, and it was such a refreshing reminder that some people still take pride in making others feel seen and appreciated. I really wish I had gotten her name because she absolutely deserves some recognition. Thank you for making our experience a great one!

They painted Burger King just like the Carls Jr. down the street. It looks absolutely depressing and unapproachable. Black and grey? What is this a funeral home? Make your fast food joints lively and bright. Maybe then will it entice more people to come.

Burger King has excellent food. And the worst service. There is a Hispanic woman that’s there every day. It’s obvious it’s too much for her. Apparently she does the counter and the driver so she’s waiting on somebody on the counter getting her to say I’ll be right with you is iffy. She doesn’t know when to let people wait and when not to let people wait and how to coordinate. I’ve seen her face beat red obviously flustered. You can’t afford labor to have two people there in the morning hurt your business. When people have to wait a long time to get your order taken they’re not going to come back. McDonald’s across the street has the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. I it’s just awful so I’m stuck I either sit in the Drive-Thru for a long period of time waiting for my food. I love milkshakes all I want to do is go through the drive-thru and get a milkshake if I see a car in the Drive-Thru I won’t go get my milkshake. I’m so disappointed that I can’t eat there more often. I don’t have 20 minutes to be in the dryer I’ve actually had three separate occasions where it’s taking me from the window drive through speaker to driving away with my food 20 minutes. And I know it’s not the food. I don’t come on the weekends when you have a crew. But when I have those girls know what they’re doing. This woman needs help. That’s all there is to it. I have nowhere to go because I won’t go back to McDonald’s after today it was the worst food I’ve ever had I threw everything away. Crap. I’m sure your drive through would be so much busier if you actually had a crew there.

Stopped here at 1115 am got a very rude lady working the drive thru. Cold fries and this is a whopper jr. Burger patty is half the size of the bun. Will not be returning.

I come by only once or twice a year because the lady at the window always tries to park you around the building to get your car off the sensor, then takes over 20 minutes to get your food out to you. The attitude is always bad and you never get a receipt because I suspect they don’t want you to have customer services number. I only go back when I do to see if they’ve hired someone new or changed the “cheat the wait times sensor” policy. I’d go once or twice a week instead of once or twice a year if they did.

My interaction this BK are always unpleasant. Ordered a meal that was on sale but rung up the regular price. When I asked i thought this was on sale, she responded with yes but you’re supposed to tell me you want the discounted combo. That makes absolutely no sense and a testament of how this place operates
