Ordered from here several times enough to notice that they are pretty stingy with the toppings at this location. Don’t bother getting extra of any toppings because they don’t put extra at all. I ordered a pizza with extra pineapple and cheese steak and actually ended up with a couple slices that didn’t have toppings on them at all. Another time I ordered a pizza well done and it was straight up burnt. Go to another location, they don’t care about quality here.

I have ordered ahead and scheduled delivery for this evening, February 21, 2024. However, my order did not arrive until an hour later, it was overcooked and dry, the pizza was cold to the touch upon touching. The app is unable to enable me to report any issues, hence I am considering leaving a negative review.

They keep giving me the wrong pizza. The ticket is correct but they put the ticket on the wrong box. I was given a pan pizza probably the Extravaganza because it has everything on it but the pineapple, when I actually ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and this is not the first time either.

This was our first time ordering from this location and from now on will continue to come here. Our order was ready faster than anticipated and we had no issues when picking it up. The app was very helpful from start to finish. Customer service was fantastic! Lucas helped us and you could tell he loves his job. He is a great representation of the company because he had a smile since he opened the drive through window. He was very courteous and had a joyful attitude even after we asked for napkins and sauce

Delivery time was great….but the quality sucks. The Manager of this store should do better, with quality control, whoever made there pizza needs more training…this store can do better. If you’re under staffed hire more people for the Friday evening shift. TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUSLY

I gave it 4 stars because it is a hit it or miss. It really depends on who makes your pizza. I ordered 2 large pizzas on Saturday June 1st around 4pm. It said it was going to be 17-27mins but who ever was making and quality checking the pizza did a good job, he was quick and I got my pizza under 15mins. It was a busy day too. Good team that day

So normally the food is average BUT the food was soooo amazing today that I had to leave a review! First time trying the pan pizza and it was amazing.
