Many thanks to Josh and his crew for an absolutely outstanding experience! We ordered almost 80 pizzas and cinnamon twists to be delivered at one in the morning for our school group after their competition. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional, and I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be calling next year when we are in the area again. Job well done!!

Thought it was just me going crazy looking at the online order still saying preparing when the site clearly says 15-20 minutes. So I waited and came into the store at what would be the appropriate time (indicated on screenshot) only for me to walk in and be told it was going to be ANOTHER 20 minutes! They had never even started the order! So I’m waiting in the dining/waiting area, only for one of the workers friend/girlfriend, I don’t know, shows up ask him if he’s busy, and him to tell her that they were indeed busy with only one carry out(Not verbatim). Kind of insinuating to me that they might not be getting the carry out orders in a timely manner, I mean I’ll give it to them for making the order in 3 minutes with an apparent 8 minute cook time but still, this is ridiculous I don’t know if there is an issue between the store themselves and online but they either need to fix it or do away with it completely. They indeed completed the order in said time, I am happy with the food, definitely not the service! Wont be coming to this location again!

Very dissatisfied. I ordered 3 make your own pizzas there are 6 toppings each.1 hand toss and 2 NY style. Got all hand tossed and there aren’t much toppings on the pizzas. Won’t go back!

Update on Domino’s horrible services. This time 6-15-2021 I called got the call center and was transferred to the store. The store picked up the phone and put it on hold and never answered. I arrived at this location was informed they don’t answer the phone cause they can’t hear it. If they turned the music down you could hear your customer. This location is horrible, a corporate inspector needs to come check our these business practices for 1 thing. The next thing is how many rules do you have to order a pizza? You can’t place an order at a drive up, you can’t call because they don’t answer. Only option is to go inside, place your order and be asked 5 times “what was that” by the guys sitting on the counter when you walk in while you’re on hold with the restaurant cause they won’t turn their music down. These employees need to realize they are in the restaurant for customers and not for a social gathering with their friends listening to music. This is a joke of a store. Really need to get it together. Domino’s in Springfield was much better when the Canadians had ownership.

We used to purchase from this one regularly, but today the pizza was somehow burnt and raw?!?! The employee refused to remake it, was rude, and argued with me on how he “made the pizza”. Like I actually cared? Won’t be coming back, unless it’s for a refund. Which I’ll be emailing to corporate.

The worst ever store of Dominos. I ordered food at 6pm and they don’t even take the order for baking until I reached the stored at 7pm this is how they are working. Really very bad experience and the sad part no one to report no customer care no store manager just no one. We need to suffer damn wait for these irresponsible people to deliver when they can. On June 15, 2021 I called to place an order. Who knew a call center would answer? Any way I had to be transferred back to the store……..they never answered. I mean, I sat on hold and listened to the manager specials for 10 minutes before I drove to the store. Arrived at the store, my call still on hold for now 23 minutes unanswered, I walk in to see 2 guys sitting on the counter and 2 others working. I ask if they answer the phone and they inform me “no we rely on the call center, if we answer you can’t hear us, or we can’t hear you.” Maybe if the music that was blasting was turned down you would hear customers after all, aren’t phone calls part of the job? Anyway, there is enough rules to get a pizza at this place to never order again, no you can’t use the drive up window to place an order, and apparently you can’t call to place an order. What a joke
Now as for my pizza, can you teach your people how to dock (toss)? It’s not hard to create a pizza without bubbles that are bigger than golf balls. Don’t order hear it’s not worth it

I usually order from Iles i don’t know why my order went there but this is how my food arrived and they told me there’s no way my food was dropped never ordering from them again and they didn’t want to give me a refund
